 • Redesigned login screen

 • App icon updated to reflect Deskpro’s new brand

  • Pointless

    App doesn’t allow you to see open tickets, which is the only thing it NEEDS to do. Why have a ticketing system when the technicians have to see tickets and reply to them with an email account. Waste of money.
  • Abandoned App

    App crashes when you try to open a ticket. In addition, there is no functionality whatsoever for chats.
  • Unstable

    Crashes every time I try to click in a ticket.
