This App is not built for purpose at least three of the drop down boxes do not respond, which means it’s useless
Incomplete app.
All I managed to access was to see the bill of my landline. No other features work. Complaint enquiry or followup including all other options dont work. And this is suppose to be a national carrier.
Unable to register complaint
I’m unable to register my complaint in the app.

This app crashing everytime i try to request something on iOS 12 update and remove this issue ASAP

Iphone X support
The app needs to be updated for Iphone X support. It doesnot cover the whole screen on iphone x and crashes when trying to sign in .
