Worst JBL product I’ve ever owned
These things lasted about a month before the left earbud started to disconnect before every use. I have to struggle to get the left ear bud to connect before each workout. I’ve tried every trouble shooting technique but because there are no buttons, it’s impossible to rule out whether it is a software or hardware issue. I suspect the pins are the issue. I will never buy another JBL product again-$100 down the drain.

ANC, Sound Quality and Bass
The JBL ear pods are a class apart. I really enjoy the ANC feature. It cuts off the unwanted background noise and gives an amazing feeling. The sound quality is excellent and I recommend it.
This app is dope
Due to the type of headphones i have, i get to check volume, EQ’s, and change certain buttons and features aswell as noise cancellation and active audio. This app id a really good way to test out different settings for different songs as well
JBL Wow 😲 Sound quality
JBL LIVE NC460 headphones 🎧 are very good quality sounds and features. I love 💗 it and happy enjoying everyday at commuting, and off streets, at office too. I have the white colour set and gives me trendy look and people notice me just to grab from me. Funny 😁 Life is to enjoy 😉 so do have JBL headphones 🎧 to enjoy 😉 life at full potential.

App is buggy
I got these as a gift last year and connected it to the app as soon as I could and it worked fine…until this year. Now it glitches when I try connecting my JBL LIVE660NC. I’m grateful the headphones work for basic listening without the app, but I would like to enable to noise cancelling feature and modify the sound balance. Please fix this!

App doesn’t function properly
FIX THE APP. The products JBL produces physically are great and priced well, but requiring use of the app to check the headphone charging, adjust ambient noise cancelling, use sound canceling, adjust EQ and then not having a functioning app is insane.
It’s clear that this is an issue a significant amount of users are facing based off the consistent reviews explaining how the app never seems to locate the headphones and cannot be adjusted without the app locating the headphones. So when will this be fixed?

It’s been 4 months of use without functioning properly. I have stopped using my headphones in Lieu of SILENCE because the app has caused me such frustration.
I would not recommend any product that requires this app solely for the app.

Best App to go with the head phones.
The JBL app really lets you customize the headphones to you personal taste. You can raise the bass up even higher using the app. I like the classical sound because it’s flat. And while it. Rings up the highs, I’m able to go back and add bass to the classical setting. So I get highs and mids with bass. The only thing is I should’ve downloaded the app as soon as I bought the headset. I waited for about a month.

Flakey - Pros and Cons
Cons:
1. You cannot turn off gestures on the ear buds (JBL Live Pro+ TWS). Although the app gives you the option, the ear buds continue to react to touch. So if you’re exercising and get sweaty (wearing a hat) they’ll keep beeping and dropping out.
2. App frequently doesn’t respond - for some reason it won’t allow me to select noice cancelling, even though I have full charge.
3. Bluetooth interferes with some other sensors. In my case, my Polar HR monitor. I have to connect the HR monitor before I take the headphones out of the case, otherwise it simply won’t connect.
4. Continuously changing sound modes, despite selecting the option for this not to happen in the app.

Amazing head phones
These were a great gift I got for Christmas. I haven’t had an over ear set headphones in a very long time. These worked very well for me. The noise canceling works very well. I also believe the sound is very good. I feel the bass could be a little deeper and they could be a little louder but over all for this price point I believe these are an amazing set of headphones. I also enjoy the app very much it was easy to use and to understand. The EQ works well and you can fine tune the music to your liking. The batteries stay charged for a long time being able to check the charge of the batteries through the app is a nice touch. The batteries charge rather quickly so that great. Overall these are a an amazing set of headphones and I highly recommend them especially if you are on a budget.
