Kid figured out hot spot still works
So he can use the hot spot to connect his laptop to the internet. Somehow he disabled the location setting so you don’t know where the location of the phone is.Itsdavewhite

Use to be great
This app use to be great! I would have given 5 stars, then they start doing all these updates and now nothing is protected on my kids tablet. They can download and play whatever game. Basic functionality turned into nonfunctional
The application portal stopped working a week ago and still hasn’t been fixed. As another user said, the SSL cert expired May 19th. Such a simple fix, get it renewed !!user40oz
Website expired
I’ve used this app for years and mostly been happy with it. But their SSL certificate is expired and I can’t get a response as to when it Eileen be working again. It’s got me very concerned. Is anyone else having a problem?KennG622

Does not work with Apple
Location never updated . Web browser never did either so no info regarding websites visited. I was not offered a refund and hope that once it’s overdue to renew i Can delete. Contacted customer care several times and it was a hassled. Followed instructions and nothing helped, the response basically was “too bad”.
