  • New update causes app to no longer work

    Used to live by this app and loved it before they added the Facebook feature. Now the app won’t load. Have tried deleting the app and redownloading the app and just about any other solution you could think of but the app only shows the loading page. Super disappointed in how the app changed and no longer works

  • Shiny and useless v3

    This app used to be my favourite. It was useful and helpful for me to get personal satisfaction of finding the right times to get more people to like my posts. As I’m not making any earnings from Instagram, I’m not paying for something which used to be free. Although I like the new interface, the new update brings bitter disappointment 😔

  • New version doesn’t work

    I was happy to support this company when they pivoted to a paid version, but unfortunately their new product simply doesn’t work. It’s not even that it’s not good, you simply can’t even use it. I paid for a month subscription and in this month I’ve only been able to log in three times. I obviously have cancelled my subscription for next month. Would sadly not recommend anymore. Once a free helpful app, now a broken paid app.

  • App Not Loading

    After thoroughly enjoying this app for less than a week, it now isn’t loading. It directs me to FB, fine. But once I login, it redirects me back to login. Feel like I’m going in circles without ever getting into the app. Idk if it’s a glitch, but seems from other reviews, this is happening to most people. Really such a shame for an app that charges monthly...

  • Can’t even use it

    I’m so disappointed. I paid for the upgrade so I can actually see some info, and every single time I open the app I need to connect it to my Facebook. It’s so frustrating and there are lots of buttons to push to do so. Then after all that effort; the app doesn’t work and makes me login Facebook all over again and do this process once more. I keep trying to find a way to complain or talk to someone but can’t. Id like a refund please and cancel any future subscriptions. Thanks

  • App doesn’t load. Regret purchase.

    This app doesn’t load and there isn’t away to get app support. The link doesn’t even take you to a website. When I payed everything stopped working.

    Honestly save your money and just look at your analytics yourself.
  • New update is awful

    Never saves my information, not at straightforward as the last app, doesn’t seem to actually have any useful information like the last app!! Change it back!! This sucks!
  • Won’t work

    It updated and signed me out. Made me reconnect everything and kept crashing every-time I said no push notifications. Finally when I let gave in and said yes to push notifications it went to the next step... it collected all my information and still won’t load and work. I feel like they just used me to collect my information.

  • Don’t fix what isn’t broken!

    Having paid for the previous App and was really happy with it, this latest update is rubbish! Nothing really works as it should.

    Weekly insight (doesn’t work)
    Last post (doesn’t work) in fact it’s look at a post from about six posts back and registers no likes or comment which bizarrely was my best post in years.

    Yes it looks prettier than the last version, but if it doesn’t give you the data you need, what’s the point!

  • Don’t recommend

    This app use to work fine. I was interested in the upgrade until I used it. I manage several accounts and am interested in data for all of them, but I have yet yo successfully login and use the app after several tries. I hate having to login through Facebook and Instagram every time and it doesn’t even work right. What a pain. I purchased the pro thinking that may help. Nope. I tried to contact the developer for help, but there’s no support. The support button only leads to the Tailwind app which also has no link for support. I was trying to avoid leaving a bad review, but I’d like a refund for my purchase and this seems to be the only way to contact anyone. Sorry guys. I’m sure it isn’t easy dealing with all the api restrictions from Facebook, but this is app is not helpful.
