Virtually useless since the update
Unfortunately, this app needs a lot of work to make it of any use. It has many features, most of which do not work. Please issue an update to fix the many bugs, then maybe the instagram community might start using it again.JonnyGunsUK
Has lost even more free features
I had this a year ago and trying again only to find less free features and what there is free is pretty minimal and uselesscrazy12345$

Doesn’t work or load data
I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an app. However, this app doesn’t work at all. There’s no difference between the paid and free version due to these issues. It doesn’t have my latest post. The post that is showing has zero data. I don’t receive alerts for posting times even though my alerts are on. Lastly the engagement percent is generic and has not changed. Don’t get cheated out of money, do not buy app.Show lesstllbt

Hate the new update it is so frustrating, I have to pay to get more insights about when to post now all I get is how many hours until I should post and the interaction percentage? I don’t even know what that is, all I want is the graphs that highlight what the best time to post is. Just upgraded
Just upgraded and only have access to one account despite me thinking I added a number of accounts, which I so desperately need. I don’t have access to stats AT ALL despite paying for it. Please can someone reply to me..the new design also doesn’t work very well. When I go in from an notification the app screen just keeps flashing. Please can someone answer me? No insights!
I paid for the premium version but the insights still won’t appear, even though I bought it 11 days ago! And the data won’t update. I have the wrong “latest post” information, and I’ve had “best times” exactly the same since I uploaded. I’m giving it until the end of the month and then I will unsubscribe and delete if this isn’t fixed.Show lessjlav883
Original was better
I originally downloaded this app last year (November2019 I believe). It worked great! I could switch between my personal and two business accounts without logging out and back in. I did not purchase the upgrade due to the free version did basically all that I desired. Then in late March early April of this year (2020), the app would not let me do anything, I kept getting the message “new and improved coming mid April 2020”. I was excited to see the updates. April came and went, nothing changed. I deleted and re-installed 4 times and nothing. I recently came across the newer version, finally, but now I can’t switch between accounts, the times are not valid, and it’s constantly asking me to upgrade. I don’t even understand the use of the free version nor the app altogether. I do not recommend. Please go back to the original.Show lessShelsncheez

If you haven't already, please try a fresh reinstall by deleting and then installing the app again. If you continue to run into locked features, you can reach out to our customer success team at wtp@tailwindapp.com with your IG username that you have connected and they can get you taken care of! Regarding the multiple account feature, we're planning on offering support for this very soon! At the moment, you should be able to sign out and then sign back into the app using the IG credentials of the account you'd like to use. Since the new update I can’t even log into When To Post as it doesn’t seem to think I have an Instagram account. Was really looking forward to seeing what the update would bring, but from what I can see from other comments it’s a waste of time.ILK+ERNIE
