Frustrating
This app WAS good. They released a massive update apparently but it requires you to log in through Facebook. Everytime I open the app I log in through Facebook and then I’m just stuck on a never ending loading screen. I literally left my phone unlocked for an hour and it just remained on the loading screen with nothing happening. I reached out to them and we exchanged like 5 emails and then I never heard from them again. So clearly they don’t care.Show lessTimothy1024
Bring back the old version
I don’t post to instagram often but when I do this was always my go to app and I just went back on it today and I had to update it and whatever and it gave me no information at all. So useless. Ring back the old version!!?Dannyjaybees
Frustrated
I loved the app before the upgrade. I always knew when my best times to post were, and it was very useful! However, when I went to log in after the latest upgrade, I was told I had to do that through Facebook. I don't have a FB account, nor do I want to create one to use with this app. I have seen other people comment on the same thing in their reviews. Very frustrating. This app is Terrible.
for the amount of potential this app has, it is managed so poorly to the point that when i downloaded this app and tried to sign in with my facebook, i cant even access the app!!
i immediately emailed the support team, and got a response back 3 days later asking for information on my account so the support team could have a look at the “issue”
and they never responded!
i’ve emailed back twice asking for an update and have had no response. it is really sad to see an app like this that i was looking so forward to using and it has SO much potential.

Nope need a refund!!!
Ok I’m convinced I need a refund now! app has never done what it is suppose to do and the premium version is not giving me anything that is in the screenshots and it just keeps flipping across the screen over itself. It doesn’t even give me al the statistics or features I’ve paid for 😖

Upgrade? More like downgrade
The new version was promised as an upgrade on the old version. Well I can say that the new version is horrible. Not an improvement at all. I can only access one of my accounts. The older version allowed me to use for all my accounts. Let’s say I’m now looking for a new app.Your Local Superhero
Not working
The app never updates and is always showing the same 2% for engagement. Very disappointed in this app. Insight details are not updating and it’s still saying this will update after 7 days....I’ve had the app now for over a month. Love the concept but it’s simply not worth it to me if it’s not working. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed.Show lesszzzzzzxxzzzzzzzzz
Not cool!
This app was perfect. All I needed to know was when to schedule my posts for the week. Other in depth services make sense to charge for but I liked this because they at one point understood that just the weekly schedule should be free. Today I went to open the app and I had been logged out so after a much more extensive process to log back in I realized it was a completely different app that was charging for what they once provided for free. This is how you treat your long time users? It’s especially sour to do during covid when ppl don’t even have jobs. I hoped to get the other services someday but now I have a bad taste in my mouth and will be investing my money elsewhere.Show lessAshes.DC
Paid for the previous version not valid on the new
I bought the pro version of the previous version a couple of months ago and now that the app it has been updated I don’t have access to the pro version anymore..c4chale
