  • new update doesn’t work at all.

    the app was fine until the new update a few weeks ago. now it won’t load at all once I log in (not to mention it makes me start all over and log in every time I open the app) so not only do I have to go through the facebook verification process, but then once I’m signed in the app never loads. so frustrating.

  • Glitchy new update rarely works

    On opening the app it constantly thinks I’m not logged in and have never logged in before. So glitchy and even when I relogin, it still crashes and doesn’t let me any further. So disappointed with the new update
  • Horrible update !!!!

    Doesn’t work. Doesn’t save your info. Gets stuck on a loop asking to like your Facebook account. Please fix it
  • Great when it actually works

    I have been using the app for a while and it was nice that it told me when to post. Then a new version became available with supposedly more analytics. I purchased the new version and it has not updated at all. Now the entire app won’t work. It has disconnected itself and will not reconnect. If they don’t fix this soon, it won’t be worth recommending for anyone...

  • Incredible for business development!!

    The app is efficient , easy to understand and doesn’t compromise time away from my business as a stylist ! I can effectively check and monitor my business page .

    Update: I first rated this app as a one star because nothing worked after I paid for the yearly subscription and I could not log in. Then tech support was quick to help so I gave them a four star. I am sorry to change my rating once again as the app is still not giving me my insights after two weeks. I’ve updated AGAIN and logged out and in again. Still nothing. I will happily change my rating again if I could ever get this payed app to work. The first free version was the best. Sorry I ever logged out and updated. It’s never been the same. My times are so grossly different than before I updated I’m concerned about that as well but would be happy just to have the insights I paid for working. Another update and now I can’t even log in. I think a refund is in order. This app doesn’t even let you log in??? I’m tired of trying to reach out to support. They are friendly enough but with vague responses about updates fixing things. Nope. They are not fixed and no refund yet.

  • Terrible

    The app just spins through the same process of logging in and giving a tip and it doesn’t get to any of the screens showed in the App Store.

    I’d like a refund but it’s highly unlikely I’ll get one.

    Don’t download and especially don’t pays for the pro.
  • Gone terrible

    I used this whilst it was free it was good... the update bought a pretty new app... but I had to pay😢 it had being serving me well so I paid. Now it doesn’t work, won’t connect and is terrible! If I could give it no stars I would xXx
  • I liked the old version

    The old version was better, new version is to hard to work out “when to post” plus not converting to Australia times any more, as if I would post a 1am??
  • New version is AWFUL

    I used this app for my photography business account and I LOVED it. It was so easy to use and it never had any glitches. The new update worked for a day and then signed me out and won’t connect anymore. And I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay $2 a month to access all the features that the old version offered for free.

    Update....STILL AWFUL. It keeps signing me out
