Welcome comrades!
Being forced to use an app that either doesn’t work or lacks any user friendly interface. No freedom to choose an alternate platform. Kaltura user for over 2 years through multiple versions now.
I mean
I’m a junior in computer engineering. I couldn’t get it to work. Maybe I’m stupid or maybe like the other reviews said... this app could use some improvement.

I wish I wasn’t forced to use this
Half of the time I try to upload something it gets stuck on the “your media is being processed” screen. It’s often stuck there permanently, and there seems to be no pattern to when it will decide to upload a video or when it will give me that dreaded grey screen. What a frustrating app.
Please make this easier to use
I have to use this system for my college classes and being able to record using my phone would save me SO much trouble. Please make this easier as I am not the only student who could benefit from the improvement of this app
Does not work
Your integration with OneLogin does not work. It can not determine what OS is running and therefore it won’t allow me to open the app with 2FA vía Duo.

Need to fix institutional login. Doesn’t work!

It’s been a month and still no fix on institutional sign in.
Works Well When Configured
The app needs to be configured in the site you are accessing. We have had good success using it for our configured site.
