Doesn’t integrate with my school site, which is the only reason I use this company at all as the pc program rarely works and requires downloading each time you use! Terrible company
Problem loading images and loading filters
This app has good potential, great for skimming through media.
When trying to open up an individual media item, it will not load.
Also, when trying to sort media items via further filters after searching, all media disappears.
If these issues could be fixed it would make this a 5 star app.

Terrible
I depend on kaltura to watch lectures and it is absolutely horrible. The app is not dependable and always has issues. The mobile website is even worst. I can only watch on my laptop. It’s 2019 why is that necessary. Fix the app and the mobile site please. Starting a petition for my school to switch to another system.

Not working
I keep getting an error message “fail to load ...”
Would have been a no star review if that counted for something.
This app does not work. My school website (blackboard) told me I needed this app to play a video on my phone and after I downloaded it I tried to play the video and it still wouldn’t work. It says it will open the app and play the video but when I click open the app opens but nothing happens. It just sits on the homepage. It’s really an awful app and it does not work.

Can’t even put in my schools hyper link to access the videos in this format. They need to drop this service they have an app they don’t care about seeing there is no iPad app and it clearly hasn’t been updated. Embarrassing.
App does not let me log in
Since the update, haven’t been able to log in through the app, but I have been thru the website. Please fix.
