Works okay
I have placed a couple of orders without major problems but it needs improvements, which hopefully will occur as more people use it.
Wish list items include landscape view for iPad, ability to preload multiple gift cards and get their current balance, improve website navigation.

Terrible App, Awesome Food
Suddenly the app stopped working - won’t let me log in, will only let me order as a guest. I don’t want to have to re-enter my info every time I order! Interestingly, when I try to log in with Safari it has a similar issue - but it won’t let me login even as a guest. I was able to log into my account and order online via Google, though. Weird. Link for App Support just takes you to their website. Ordering shouldn’t be so difficult! Please fix!

App seldom works
App has many issues, mainly when you get to the end it has issues with payment, end up just calling it in. Good idea just doesn’t seem to work well.
Update didn't fix all of the issues
This app has had problems for so long. It has kept me from ordering food here so many times. It's just too bad that they can't keep this app bug free more than few hours. Now instead of not being able to long in, I can't use my reward points, as nothing comes on the screen when trying to redeem. Again will order from some where else and wait for the next update to fix this problem.

Please fix the create an account
This app would get five stars if I could get it to set up my account. The ordering section is the best I have seen. BUT. Have been able to set up an account so have to keep reentering some info using guest account. Fix this please and the app will be as good as the food. Which I give 5 stars yo.

This App needs to get fixed ASAP. Nothing works. It doesn’t even let you sign in. It says technical error has occurred. Please fix it soon. Thanks.
Can’t log in
This continues to be a problem. I am unable to log in to attach my loyalty card. Such an easy concept. Too bad.
Convenient but issues
Good for ordering but can’t link my loyalty card. Submitted an issue for this and the person couldn’t help me. Also have a free dessert for my birthday but it doesn’t recognize that so I can’t use it via the app. These should be easy things to fix.

Stonefire is one of our favorite restaurants but their app is not ready for release. I couldn’t login on multiple attempts with my account or my husband’s account but it kindly told me that the developers would be informed.
When I tried to order as a guest, all the options were set to Yes and it wouldn’t let me change them to no (as in, no, I don’t want to substitute ingredients.)
I gave up and called in the order. I will continue to try to use the app and look forward to a time when it will work.

Take out service BEWARE !!!
Service for take out is horrible, at the RANCHO CUCAMONGA location! Management does not know how to handle issues arising for your order being wrong! Check you order before leaving this location for they will not compensate you for nothing even when they are responsible for the mess up !!!
