Awful customer service
I had to change my rating from a 4 star to a 1. I tried purchasing premium since I enjoyed the app, but all it did was charge my card and I received nothing. No premium and no email to confirm my purchase. I’ve messaged the owner twice on the app with my concern but I got no response. I sent an email, no response. I can’t even cancel this “subscription”, my card is just being charged for no reason with NO way to stop it. The fact that the owner sends a message and an email asking for a five star review but can’t even have good customer service is ridiculous. Slowly but surely replacing my Pocket
I’ve used pocket since before it was acquired by Mozilla, and really it hasn’t improved since then.
Refind is finally the alternative (on steroids) that I’ve been looking for! I love the UI, and it’s amazing to me how high-quality the content is. It’s enjoyable to use, and their emails are actually good — very good job at the curation.

Every once in a while, I’ll happen to come across an article online worth reading, for my own growth, knowledge, etc. (And not just as a way to kill a little free time).
But now that ‘fortunate occurrence’ isn’t a matter of rare luck. REFIND is allowing me to read incredibly-good information as often as I want, finding the articles/stories for me.
I love the built-in features of allowing me to set filters for what suits me, being able to save what I’ve already read, or to bookmark something noteworthy for the future. Very intuitive AND beneficial.Show lessFairly Anonymous
Absolutely a one of a kind app
I have run across slightly similar variations to this app previously over the last 5+ years. Where they’ve made the promise to curate the best articles on the internet for you, etc etc .. But until I discovered Refind absolutely none of them held up to the goal they were trying to achieve. Refind has become an integral part of my daily routine within less than a month of my discovering it!! And even though the free version is positively incredible on its own ..
