I agree with all the people that sent you a message. I am 86 years old and when I started the game about a year ago it was fun. I am unable to buy coins but I do use my gems to buy things. I am not a fan of Facebook and will not join. Now you you get nothing if you are not a Facebook member. I love all my friends they are the bestI I would give you a zero rating if you had one. Do not waste your time on this game in the package that you buy they will change the game and take coins away from you. I had over one quadrillion coins and they brought me down to 500 billion, they said it’s best for the game however they robbed us because those coins were one from purchases we made through the game for VIPs and second chances so don’t waste your time on this game because they will rob you blind they will not stand by you even though you may support the gameThey will find a way to steal your money even when you’re winning! I closed everything out, ran the update and now all it does is when I try to start is to ask me to install the update which I have. It will not allow anything else. I don’t think the update was beta tested or tested at all.electric spin
Update May 30th is highway Robbery!!!
Silver VIP status dropped from 6 million coins per day to 1.5 million coins per day! I paid for 180 million coins and after the update will get about 70 million total. That’s Bait and Switch plain and simple.
Sounds like we need to get a class action lawsuit if they are doing this to all VIP levels. They should at the very least honor our purchase and give us the balance of the coins owed.
If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t waste my time on this game!

Don't expect a speedy response if you make a purchase and don't receive the product. They replied quickly on my initial request and told me that I needed to wait for the charge to go through because it was still pending. I replied after the charge had cleared, but now I'm on day two waiting for a response to either provide me my purchase or credit my bank card.
This is the SECOND time this has happened, and I've only made three purchases on this app. It's disheartening when you click the "buy" button not knowing if you'll get your purchase right away or have to spend the next two days trying to get a refund.Show lessYou Huuuge You Lose

To many glitches
Game seems to stop working whenever it wants to. Not paying out when collecting all pieces 700M coins, starting days back to day 1 after playing for over 180 consecutive days and then all club event games disappearing after finishing the third event not able to collect points.
