Poor customer service
I made a package purchase on January 2, charge went through but didn’t get anything in return. Had a hard time finding some way of filing a complaint so I sent an email to a link I found on their website. Still haven’t heard anything from them. Then don’t download this game. When I first started this adventure I was surprised that you could actually win enough to play for a bit. Now, 2 months in, I realize that this game is just exactly like all the rest. What ever you do, don’t ever buy anything, because as son as I started to spend a bit, it stopped paying. Love/Hate
Loved the game and did very well. Now it lets me get in and get daily bonuses , etc but when I try to play a game it crashes. I've tried over and over with same result. Not sure if it's due to latest update or not. Please help or will have to deleteCjhickie1
It was great.
Up until the newest update that is. Now it's horrible. It doesn't pay out anymore, give you scatters, Jokers, or Bonus games. It just makes you lose and lose with really no benefit anymore, except frustration. I even have my own gold tier group on it, but I am ready to turn the reigns over to someone else, if they'll even take it, and quit the game. It's really turned into a sham of a game now and everyone in my group of 20 agrees.
I refuse to put any more money into this game, especially after hearing horror stories from in game friends over the last few days. Also, notice how they only respond to the positive reviews left here?!
Also, the new update is fine on my iPad (a backup account) but on my phone (main account), an S8+, it will not open at all now after the update. It won't load past 20%.Show lessLindsRJorg
