I have to agree with the general discontent with the changes in your game. With each update it is harder to win money and SO easy to lose. At one time I had billions of chips then began losing RAPIDLY after each maintenance. I plan to stay until I’m out then I will leave.
Something that began like a breath of fresh air - especially after Huuuge Casino went totally dark - is now just another game that is losing its respect for its players. Of course you’re in it to make money; but no one wants to be made to feel like a non human commodity. Shame on you!! Paid for 5 billion coins only got 2 billion.. not getting any response from tec support.... ether no ones home or they just don’t give a rip... Horrible pay outs and it’s a robbery if you pay for bundles or coins, you get no returns in play especially if you bet higher, your coins disappear faster.... deleting and hope this company goes broke, don’t fall for their scamsDucky20916

Game used to be fun until recently. If it does not change back to the way it was .... I will quit playing the game and delete it. I know SEVERAL others who feel the same. Bought coins now can’t get on game can’t get to support so came and rated you if was sooner would have given five stars but what happened lol you need to work on your response, you told me to go to support in the game and was unable to get on game so I went to app to your game and contacted you there, It took several days but am back you took good care of me hope you received my thank you. 4 star because I have a problem with winning 60 k on a 1.5 m bet it’s plain ol disgusting. My big wins are smaller than than other players maybe because of my low level but for some reason I enjoy the challenge of your game. The 5 star rating is completely false!! I did this jus to see if my reveiw showed up becuz I have submitted several but fail to see any on app store page!!! Now the truth.. This game app is fun... not much of the time any more been playing for quite sometime but its designed to lose!!! period!! They want your money period!!! I am concinced the games are rigged and yes I have contacted the developers and all I get Is “ we are sorry yournotha ing good luck” !!! I call Bull$&!& !!!!
