Broken

The last update broke the app and now it crashes every time I try to open it.

Could use some bug fixes but great gift

Got this for my anniversary and it really is so cute and such a wonderful idea! I just wish the app itself didn’t have so many bugs/glitches, it won’t actually let me change and set my name or my profile picture on the app though.

App won’t launch on phone

Bought these as Birthday gift for my mother, but now can’t use them. Works fine on my mom’s phone, but app will not launch on my phone. I’m on the latest iOS and have reinstalled app 3 times, but no luck. Tried to hit the app support link in App Store, but said page not found. Why am I not able to launch the app (opens on load screen and then just closes out)? I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Major bugs

Cute bracelet everything very expensive every time I go to the to cute bracelet everything very expensive every time I go to the app I just go in the loading screen and every time I go in it bugs out.

App Doesn’t work.

I should’ve read these reviews before buying…. The app flat out won’t work.. doesn’t even open…

App needs work

I love the bracelet! However the app is a different story. It won’t work on wifi. It’s very slow. When I tried to find support, the site was not found. Hopefully the bugs get worked out.

Constant bugs

The idea? Love it. When it works, it works well with my partner. But they are non-binary and there wasn’t an option for that. Also, the iPhone connection is just crap; every morning I have to go through 800 steps to try to reconnect and get my bracelet working the correct way. Or the app says there’s no connection or internet connection, when there is. The app is also always turning off my notifications on the bracelet, so I have to go in and manually turn it on multiple times in a day. I have all the notification settings turned on.

Hello, if the bracelet is successfully connected, it can be simply paired successfully next time. Sorry the product brings you a bad experience. We will constantly upgrade the app to fix the problem.

Get with the times

Just had it two days and app seems to be good but my partner and I would like to see a neutral gender option or non-binary. We don’t identify as male or female but non-binary and seeing that option would be good, I’m sure it wouldn’t be a complicated adjustment. More people might purchase if you change that on your platform.

Worse product ever STAY AWAY!!!

Yes other people could be having good products sent to them but the products that I ordered and that was sent to me are so defective and so broken that they won’t work in the instructions packet the words are spelled differently that should’ve been assigned. The product does not work correctly with the battery it does not do any of the things thatI did thing and I all I want is my money back and they R asking me to send A video of how it’s broken or how it is defective how am I supposed to send a video of something that will not work? It makes no sense. If I were you I would go with another brand because these need a lot of work done to even make a good gift. The customer service is absolutely terrible as well! All I want is my money back and they can have their defective piece of crap jewelry back. I am so disappointed. Your company has a lot of things that need to be fixed!!!! Oh and has anyone had a problem with the back coming off easily???

Broke after a day and a half

App want registering presses or sending signals, constantly reconnecting. Bought 2 sets and one box arrived empty. Then one bracelet broke after about a day and a half and no response from customer service about the issues either 0/10 do not recommend.

Alternatives to totwoo
