Easy to use
No messing about or having to think in an emergency just press the button which is all my mom needs to know.
Broke
This app will not send me the text to confirm my number. I cannot move forward therefore the app is currently totally broken and has been for a few days.
Initial thoughts
Seems ok upon initial review. I did a test for myself only but the location it says I’m at shows in London but I’m in Washington in the US. Also, text customizations per contact would be helpful, like person A take care of the dogs, person B come to the hospital, person C take care of my appointments, etc.

Awoken at 5 a.m. … for an update!
High-pitched SOS beeping in the night with an ‘SOS Family’ notification and why? Because a new update is available!! Please correct this! I nearly had a heart attack, especially after Mum’s fall last week!

Our apologies for that - we will look into it and I see if there is a way for updates of the app to turn the sound off , or only update during the day - we update the app quite often.
Simple to use and super easy to set up
Just installed it and tested. Works really well. I hope I don’t need to use it but both my husband and I feel just that little bit safer for having it. Fully recommend. But again hope no one needs to use it :-)

My Children can rest
I tried another medical alert app and after 4 days and countless phone calls no one knew how to help me sync with Alexa. My SOS Family made it easy and I didn’t have to call for help. As soon as I synced with Alexa, the Alexa app helped complete set up. I’m very happy with this app and so affordable.

Feeling safe
Sadly I am preparing to live independently as my partner of thirty years has stage 4 lung cancer and she is concerned that if I fall (I have MS) in the home I will have no one here to help me.
With My SOS family I can notify my neighbours and family members of any emergency. I am sure my wife will have more confidence in my future independence and safety now I have this App.
