How do you remove contacts

One suggestion would be to add a group so you can choose which group you want the sos to go out to. I did this for work and would love to be able to separate for people out in field candidates in office.
It works
Purchased one month via app. The following day I purchased a year subscription confirmed by email from Apple and a refund for the one month. When I log into my online account for MySOSFamily the account shows only 24 days left. What happened to my year subscription. I have used the contact form on the web site without a response.

I feel safe
I have an unknown airborne allergy and have had many near fatal anaphylaxis shocks this year. I found that being on my own and calling 999 without being able to get hold of anyone was so mentally challenging. This app I feel safe with, it send the calls out so promptly and has enabled my family to reach my location whilst I’m on the phone to 999. Knowing that your family are on the way really eases your mind when undergoing such a traumatic experience. Thank you for this app. I’ve promoted it to everyone I know.

App malfunction calling everyone
The app sent a text to all my friends and family when I had canceled the alarm. It also didn’t even ring when the timer went off. It completely malfunctioned. The police came to my home and looked through my entire house I have never been more mortified!

Once you initiate the alert system / all sms’d are sent - there is no way to delete an sms when it’s sent . Cancelled sends a follow up sms saying you’ve cancelled. Also your phone calls emergency services not our alert system and your have to Turn that setting on, plus you have to confirm this before it calls. We’ve received no information from you via the support line or email address: info@mysosfamily.com
