Okay app
I could easily change my star rating if I felt the app was more user friendly. Maybe it’s a fairly new app, and I understand that new things take time to get used too on my part. But it seemed like they were trying too hard to make the app easy that they ended up making it hard.
I feel like there are good things and certain settings that come with the app that make it good, but what features are here that you couldn’t find elsewhere.

Why do I keep getting promoted to login??
Credentials should be persisted and for extra security you can prompt for fingerprint/face id/pin but please stop asking me to login

Best bookkeeping app out there for free
It’s good but...
They really need to make the update apply to the iPad, the fact that I can’t download the update because it’s not compatible it’s frustrating
Excellent app
Convenience, sleek graphics, and ease of use make for a perfect app! It allows syncing and organizing multiple bank accounts, generates reports, stores large documents securely, gets ready for tax season by gathering information. You can literally drag and drop your prior year return, and it fills in half the information for you! What more could you ask for, from the 1800Accountant team?

Easy to use
This app is easy to use and in some ways better than the desktop version
Absolute Garbage... use QuickBooks instead
This app crashes left and right. Even when it does operate properly its versatility leaves a lot to be desired. Also, the app no longer works or is available for IPad... WHY? Really hope they up their software game soon so I can quit double inputting everything on Client Books and QuickBooks to cover me when it doesn't work.

Not fully functional
Client Books will not sync my bank account, even though it synced it the first time I added the account. Neither the mobile app nor the full web version works. I don't have time to enter each transaction manually.
Also, you cannot set the personal or business portals as default to appear at the top left hand side of the screen. Having the personal portal as a default causes you to accidentally add business transactions to your personal portal and mess up your books.
The only advantage to this program over Quickbooks is the anytime support from an actual accountant. Once they get the bugs worked out it will be better than Quickbooks. Until then, stick with Quickbooks.

Loading...
Nothing appears to be loading and this causes frustration with using the app. All the different tabs open just fine but the content on each tab never loads and you're left looking at a blank loading screen.
Decent app
So far I can see the main landing screen. But when I go to look at my transactions the app closes unexpectedly. I have tried several times to view them but always get the same result.
