Buggy at the start
I was trying to get back into this game, but on the first attack mission it wouldn’t allow me to use jet fire. I kept pressing and pressing yet nothing happens. Now I’m stuck on the first level with the issue not getting fixed, even when I uninstall and reinstall, it still won’t work. But besides that, it is a good game, Just won’t let me play with this problem.Show lessisaraque

Poor customer service
I have really enjoyed this game since early on. I’ve played for 2715 days. Crazy I know. I have never reviewed this because I just wasn’t sure what to say that wasn’t said. Well…now I have something and it’s irritating. The game occasionally crashes, which isn’t a big issue until last week. I was upgrading a guy, and as I was in that specific location in the game, it froze. So I rage tapped the screen which we have all done, because I knew what was next…game crash. Sure enough, it crashed…but not until it registered my taps and spent 1 million of a resource (z energon) to upgrade the building. Now when I logged back in, I had no idea it had happened right away. Figured it out and contacted them about the glitch. Basically they said too bad. If I were a whale, theyd likely fix it, but since I’ve only spent a couple hundred, likely I don’t qualify for help. They said they “can’t” fix the issue, but I know a couple big spenders that have had things restored for them. Fun game…not helpful unless you’re a big spender. Likely I’ll start the retirement process soon. Good luck playing and hope you don’t need support.Show lessDRealDrZ

The game is helpful, fun, has features, animation and graphics. The games makes me feel happy that people can remember transformers as it has a long history and this game helps promote it. The variety of bots are cool as a feature and I love this game as I’m still a studentStrong cookie 900k power

The game was great when it came out. Was so excited for it. After many years of watching and playing the game I have made lots of friends in the game. But since the many iterations of the company and sponsorship changes. The game has gotten more and more buggy with every new update.
Not much in the game has been fixed. And that makes me long for a time when developers made a game that they cared about and wanted to make it enjoyable for everyone. And not just put out a thing to get a paycheck and not care if it creates game bugs that crash constantly.
And I get that some people still love the game. I still think it is a good game. And the ideas of the new content are nice. But just not enough time is being spent on testing and finding the bugs before being released and implemented.
Several times in wars and battles the game has crashed and resulted in a loss. Several players over different devices are having the same issue. And it seems to be worse when weekend events are happening.
Please fix the game issues before putting out any new content. Make the game great again.Show lessSuch a pitty
Titans and combiners
Just unlocked all the necessary pieces for overlord and yet I still can’t activate him please fix this issue because it greatly finished the quality of the game because of the lack of good fixes*?*kdjfnfjdmrnf
I love this game!!!
I have been playing this game for about 2 years and I have to say it’s a great game!
have nearly all the Decepticons and starting to collect Autobots without making a single purchase.
The gameplay is like clash of clans but every unit you spawn has its own special ability.
Then there’s the combiners, later in the game when you have a team of specific 3-star bots you can unlock a combiner like Devastator, Bruticus, or Menasor.
I like how you can see every transformer models and their transformations almost all of them have satisfying transformations.
This game is still being updated with new transformers, Combiners, and content. Overall this game is amazing.
A tip for trying to unlock transformers is to unlock dispatch missions: send a team of transformers away temporary, come back a day later and they return with a chest. These consist of spark, power-ups, and most importantly premium shards. Small chest give 1,000 and medium give 3,000. You only need 1,000 to get a crystal which can be used to summon a new transformer. I normally wait till I have 10 crystals to raise my chance to get a rarer transformer. So far this strategy has worked very well and I hope this helps.
