Great app
Whether you go to Messina regularly or not this app is fantastic. The loyalty program is great and not to arduous. It has the ability to pay at different stores. Love that you can see what’s happening for the month and what is special for the month. Could be improved if the weekly specials were on it too but a minor detail.Show lessTony Tapir

No cash no worries!
As a devotee of Gelato Messina I was SO happy when the app came along. Loyalty program is a bonus but the real benefit comes if I don’t have cash on me, it’s easily paid for thru the app. The app is quick & relatively easy to use. Staff are always accommodating and helpful when you get stuck ... love it!Show lessSLP for K-12
Great App
Easy app to use, just go into store order your Messina and let them know the number. All you need to do is add you credit card details.
Earn loyalty points for all the Messina you eat, about 4 single scoops then the next one is free.Kiwipunk
Not as great as before
Previously it was possible to pay via PayPal, but not the app wants to collect your credit card details. You can take a photo of the card, but it seems there’s no number recognition, so you have to type it manually anyway.
The new redeem system is also ridiculous. It requires a staff member to tap the button on my screen. I do not want anyone to touch my phone.Show lessesycat

This is a great app
Gelato Messina’s app is fantastic. Once you have registered an account through their app, place your credit or debit cards on the app.
Ordering any of their gelato is very easy.
Log into the app, then choose to pay with the app.
You are given a number on your phone’s screen and when your order is ready they will call out your number.
As the Gelato Messina app has your payment card the transaction is what is called ‘frictionless’.
You don’t have to get your credit or debit card out, just take your order and enjoy!Show lessJohn Candido
Nice and easy app
App nice and easy to use. Simple payment in store simply by showing your phone (ie no money or tapping of cards needed) makes for a pleasant experience. Reward points useful too. Would recommend.DrePurtell
