Disappointed
Remo + Cam not doing what it should. The good thing about this product is the camera itself is great. It shows a perfectly range of my front door, but doesn’t notify me if someone’s at my door. There are many times when I have sat next to my window and watched my deliveries dropped off at my door and I did not receive a notification someone is there. It works when it feels like it. I have checked my software making sure everything is up-to-date, including Wi-Fi connection. This product is not consistent. Mostly it a fail and not worth the money I spent.Show lessKarenBlack1
Doesn’t Work Anymore
I always have to constantly login. One day it will remember my login, the next day I have to enter everything all over again. Not good when I’m away from the house because I have to try and remember my password. Also since the updates, it’s A LOT slower now. Before I would get a notification and open the app right away and see who’s at my door. Now it takes forever and the person is already gone by the time I get to see the video.Show lessPsychobillycadillac77
Registering fail
I’ve experienced this issue 4 times every time there is an update I have issue’s registering my door cam 2 and support keep sending me the same instructions that I already tried a 100 times and still nothing just today I found a package in my hallway that had been tampered with luckily only the paperwork was missing but we all know what that could lead to, so now I have no cam footage to see who it was. Slow, small image
By the time it opens, the person/cause of motion is long gone, so not helpful to answer door. Fisheye view is small so difficult to identify faces; can’t enlarge by zooming. The 3/23 update: Now, 1st click opens a menu screen, requiring a 2nd click to open the “history” of videos, then click #3 to open current video, so triple slow. “Delete All” function is an improvement. Fun to watch my cat come to the door and patiently wait to be let in.Show lessapennythought
Disappointing Update
It takes too many clicks to get to what you want now, especially to view my door cam history. In the old app it opened right to the history page, I didn’t have to fiddle with a calendar, etc. There are no preferences to set your start screen. I also have to get used to a an app icon with a completely different look - so there goes the user recognition. The previous version of the app worked fine for me - this one is a disappointment.Show lessMoonPod
Don’t buy it
The videos don’t have any audio while watching on the app. I can not send videos either I get a message of not delivered 😒 other than that it’s alright I got it as a Christmas gift but wouldn’t pay for it. Clearly it doesn’t pair well with iPhone.UmmmItsCold
Horrible- Their Product Does Not Work and Horrible Customer Service
Don’t waste your time with this company. Their product is horrible. I purchased the Door Cam 3, and the product stop working right when I got outside of their 30 day guarantee period. Their customer service is poor, and thecompany missed a couple of phone appointments to troubleshoot the product.......A.M.

Get Ring
Don’t but this camera. As of today, this app will not open. It’s updated and everything. Turned phone off and on, reset WiFi, can’t see who stole my package. I still get notifications, but I can’t open app to see who’s stealing. Do not buy!APP IS CRAP BUT CAMERA GOOD!
FYI - this review is for REMO+ 3 - not 2. I would give app 1 star but camera 4 stars, so that's how I ended with 3 stars. I set up using no tools, only folded pieces of paper to level, as you would put folded paper under a short table leg. The view is perfect for my apartment. Camera provides 1080 resolution with good color. But the night vision rarely works. Yes, you do get the video. It's just grayed out, not color. My biggest complaint is you can only zoom in on live video and NOT on previous videos, which is when you would need it most. Also the push alerts never work. The app always disconnects. And just a pet peeve of mine, any time you save or delete a video, there's an extra step to hit "OK". I know that's minor but it's annoying and unnecessary. All that said, I have found this camera to be very useful, especially when someone knocks on my door. That was a completely blind spot before. And there are multiple settings for your individual needs. Hopefully the app will improve over time. Overall, it's a very clever product that I can use at my apartment, where I didn't have to get permission, because there was no alteration to property. When it works, it's good.
