### Review Title: Disappointed and Frustrated with RoboForm
I have been using RoboForm for six months without any issues, and it was functioning perfectly, storing all my passwords securely. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse recently. One morning, out of the blue, the application asked me for a master password, which I never set up in the first place. To make matters worse, when I tried to log in using my old login credentials, nothing worked.
The real frustration began when I learned that in order to reset this so-called master password, I would lose all my saved passwords. This is a terrible design flaw. Why should I, as a loyal user, be subjected to such unnecessary stress? I have stored around 100 passwords in RoboForm, and now I am faced with the prospect of losing them all because of a system glitch or oversight that is not my fault.
This experience feels like cheating. It's unacceptable to impose such a critical issue on users without providing a clear and effective resolution. I expected better from RoboForm, and this situation has severely damaged my trust in the service. I sincerely hope the developers address this issue promptly and find a way to recover my saved passwords without forcing a reset that results in data loss. Until then, I cannot recommend this application to anyone who values their password security and peace of mind.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello and thank you for this feedback. During the initial account creation you would have selected a Master Password. This is a requirement of creating the account. As a part of our security model, this is your encryption key and we do not have access to it. To make unlocking easier, we allow logging in via FaceID or PIN, and so it's possible you never had to enter your Master Password. Please note that if you have FaceID enabled, you ARE able to restore access to your account without your data being deleted. RoboForm requires you to pay money to get support for a broken app that does not work on the iPhone or iPad because it is incapable of updating passwords based on a change of passwords inside an app even when you tell it to use the user ID and password that it says is available for that app if the password has changed, RoboForm will not update the password. and then RoboForm wants you to pay money to complain about the fact that their applications broken. It is so broken that RoboForm won’t even keep track of the right password. I have to log onto the RoboForm website to enter Support ticket so I have no way to get to the RoboForm Support site without creating a new password because my password manager is too stupid to work on an iPad, so if you have an iPad or an iPhone that you want to use the password for do not use RoboForm it is too broken and is nonexistent.Show lessDeveloper Response
