Brilliant system
I have been using baby’s days for a few years now and it is definitely the best system for a childcare business. I am a childminder and cannot believe I spent 10 years using paper. Amazing system
I have used babysdays for around 4 years it is a god send once you have worked your way around it everything is easy. I wasn’t a fan of the Alexa use but now she is also a god send just. Hay to her and she makes off what you want. Lobe it.

Why aren’t all settings using this operating system???
As a former Deputy Head and teacher, I’ve gone from being completely paper based to using a lesser system in a school. Setting up on my own has had its challenges but the administrative side hasn’t been one of them - thanks to Baby’s Days! It’s time consuming initially to set it up and access the various areas but then that’s it! I’ve moved all my paper based documents onto the system and personalised various templates to create a system for my parents, that I am proud of! The parents are loving the transparency of it all and I’m finding it cuts my admin time in half - leaving more time to focus on what’s important.. the children! This system is revolutionary and is constantly adding extras features and the team are incredibly helpful at trouble-shooting. Very impressive all around!Show lessLee Taute

The difference this system has made to my day to day life is amazing. It has taken all the stress out of it and I don’t get bogged down with paperwork anymore. This app has made my job as a childminder a million times easier and means that i get to spend valuable time at the weekend with my own children and family rather than mountains of paperwork. Absolutely shocking
Thought that this would be the answer to saving me a bit of time with registers and using Alexa, absolutely does not work and when challenged the customer service is absolutely shocking! Rude, arrogant and condescending! After doing a bit of light digging I’ve seen some really shocking incidents with this company from other peoples experience and am now slightly terrified by the data handling! Please please have a look around on google, there’s actual hidden websites trying to warn people about negative reviews etc are deleted, fake accounts being made to big up the reviews and attack anyone who has the slightest negative thing to say! Will be reporting my concerns of data protection! Very lucky that I hadn’t used proper data as I was just playing around and trying to figure it out, very un-user friendly, had a friend act as a ‘parent’ for me and she couldn’t figure it out, never been so shocked at a company’s attitude towards its consumers and worst that this is actual children's data we’re talking about here, of all the things to have shoddy customer services about this is a big no no!! Baby’s Days
I have been using the baby’s days system now for the 18 months I have been a childminder.
The system is an absolute godsend and I absolutely love it.
There are still so many areas that I don’t actively use and haven’t got to master yet, as there is just so much for 1 programme.
It massively helps me run my business and the thought of not having the app and having to use paper based forms fills me with fear.
My parents also love getting updates throughout the day on their child’s day, it sets them at ease knowing they’re having a fabulous day.
The team at baby’s days are constantly updating the system too, to make it even better then it already is.
I would recommend this system 110%
Yes it does take time to get used to and explore, you’re not going to be a whiz overnight. But that’s not because it’s difficult to use, but that there is so much to learn. There are easy to use guides on each page to guide you through how to use them too!

Excellent bit of software
I use this daily, I’m a childminder and I find this very useful. I use most of the areas on the system and have found it very easy and cuts out loads of time, especially since I’ve got Alexa as well. Some parts don’t use, because they’re not for me and my setting, but just because I don’t use them doesn’t mean I’m going to complain about it, I simply get over it. The little notifications for 2nd parent parental access on the control panel are a bit annoying when there’s only a parent, but I’ve asked the question on Facebook and got good answers on how to get rid. Same with other issues. Sometimes there’s not a practical solution that benefits everybody so just be aware of that when using this system. They really do their best to please everybody, but sometimes there’s no pleasing anybody.Show lesssazjeppie
