The app doesn’t load properly when connected to wifi or using data. Disappointing for sure.Sad Newlywed :(

What is the point of this app? You cannot check your reservations, you cannot pay for your reservation, you cannot see any activities or menus from the resorts. It’s just like a billboard for the resort on your phone. check the app for the Sandals resorts and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Love the actual resorts
The resort menu feature kicks me out of the app each time I go to this. It will allow me to go to the reserve a room feature, but that is all. Can’t wait to get back on Jamaican soil.Elle5019

The flagship of all the couples resorts, Tower Isle, still has NO information after all this time. When is the app going to be finished. The map also shows pins for the resorts but in the wrong locations. A few features are nice like pre-check in and romance rewards login but many features are missing. It would be nice to have a daily schedule, local weather report, access to the forum, etc.Show lessJkrarup

We come back to couples every year and we're pleasantly supposed to see there was an app this time! While we love interacting with the staff, the app was nice for those lazy afternoon we didn't feel like leaving the room.Sandybeachgirl1970
