Bad user logon and password reset
App has a bad logon and reset process. Almost all other apps allow a user to reset his/her password by an email adress omly - not asking for name and surname credentailsalso before allowing to reset.
Does not work .. out of date
Can have my money back ?

If you take out a year’s subscription, you are still told that you must subscribe to use the app.
Not as good as it used to be...
This updated version of the app is no thing like as good as it used to be. They seem to have made an interactive database very clunky.
Having recently renewed my subscription (wow, that’s not cheap) the app has refused to acknowledge this - I have used my 5 free searches and can search no no more. I’ve logged on, logged off, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the phone, contacted support... all with no effect.
Pleasingly I do have every copy of the book (back to 1999), so find myself using them instead of the app.

Dreadful
Clunky, hard to navigate, lacking information. Don’t bother.
Update is rubbish
New version is utter rubbish. Makes no sense. Also you’d have thought they’d have uploaded all wines by now. No such luck. Disappointing.
No search working
I had the previous working version of the app. Since updating to the new one I am unable to do anything with it after signing in

The search is clunky to use and doesn’t have enough fuzzy capability to find close similarities

If you want the update to work you need to uninstall and then download whole app again. You will need your username and password again to login.
