Subscription Issue

I subscribed through AppStore, have an active annual subscription but the app has a bug (apparently a common one) and doesn’t recognize my subscription. Contacted them and did not get any response.

Great Plans but the App Freezes

The app is great I have been using it since 2017. More recently the app take forever to open and it freezes mid workout. It does not remember weights lifted plus when you go to complete a workout it freezes again.

Videos won’t load

Everything’s updated and i even tried deleting the app and redownloading it. I have lots of space and on good wifi and even tried without wifi and it’s still not playing

needs to be updated

They don't update the exercise routines, they are the same routines from 3 years ago. The application does not work at times, it goes completely black. Very expensive for what it offers

Not what I thought

I bought a year plan and expired in January 25th 2025
Paid the whole year and I’m not able to get into my workout plans :(
Sent a message and no one answered.
So disappointed

Great app but it glitches

I started using this app and it’s amazing, I ended up paying for the year. Then suddenly none of the work outs would load, the app is saying I haven’t done any work outs. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it hoping that would fix it and now I can’t even log back into my account.

Amazing but expensive

I really like the App however is extremely expensive for a online product.

Love this app

Helps me stay on track with my workouts. I love the plans you can choose from. If you can’t afford a personal trainer, this app is the next best thing. My boyfriend is a bodybuilder and approves of this app and some of the workout programs. So happy to have something to track my progress and keep me accountable
