We always use this store as a go to and they are always on point. But this time was disappointing because they gave us the wrong pie. We ordered a pumpkin cheesecake and whipped cream on the side but received a pumpkin pie and no whip. They never mess up like this but like everyone else we expect what we order and pay for especially for the holiday. :/

No better cakes!
I’m a sucker for bakeries! This bakery absolutely exceeded any expectations. The cakes are delicate and moist, the frosting is so delicious and has that amazing subtle crunchy outside. We order cupcakes and cakes frequently, do not always need an occasion to enjoy Susie Cakes!
Susie fresh berry cake
So I was recommended this summer only cake by one of my coworkers who raved about how good it is. So I got it for my sisters birthday. When we got it the frosting appeared over whipped. The flavor of the cake was subpar at best, nothing special, and the berries in the filling were sour. I have to say I was very disappointing as I paid nearly 80$ for this cake including the tip :/ don’t think I’ll be coming back sadly

My family absolutely loves Susie cakes! We’ve been going since my son was about 6 and he’s now 23! Always get out bday cakes and cupcakes at Susie cakes!
Not a good app
The cakes and cupcakes are AMAZING but the app is horrible. They wouldn’t let is sign in because it said that there was already an account. But when we were logging in they said the password and email was wrong and that there wasn’t an account for us😢
App not good, bakery excellent
I think most people are rating the bakery and not the actual app. The app is a glorified webpage, most functions of the app bring you to the pages of the website or Toast rather than an in-app experience. This app is only to tap into rewards, not anything with ordering or viewing the menu, that requires the website and/or Toast app. Very clunky and poor design, but a small business so not too surprising.
