Paid for it and struggling to restore the purchase
I really like to look ad feel of the app, when I realised I could only have 6 people I decided to pay the £3.99 which I have done but I cannot get past the restore app option. It just buffers. Very disappointing.Breedsy
Hidden costs
This was advertised as a free easy app to use. I input 14 people’s information, and then when I got to the review/send step, I was informed that to send by any channel other than mail, it would cost me $5.50. There was also no ability to attach mailing addresses to people’s information in order to mail presents.Show lessTheTessler
Wish lists disappear
Paid the cost to upgrade the app to have more than 6 guests. Then guests start loading their wish list, only to have them disappear the next morning. This is very annoying, specially for paying for an app that doesn’t deliver as it promises.Review for smosh

This app is just what we’re looking for and we Want to try this app for our family Secret Santa gift exchange this year. I am willing to pay to unlock it because we have more than 6 people in our pool, but I have a couple of questions first. Does each guest get to create their own wish list? And can wish list items contain images and/or links to websites where items can be purchased? Will happily bump this rating up a star or two if it works for us.Show lessMsElnEous
You had one job...
The app messed up and sent the same person to two members of our swap - which meant one person had two gifts on Christmas and the other, none! The admin list didn’t match the emails everyone had received. Hopefully just a glitch but I wouldn’t risk using this app again.millerthousand
You’re charging to send now?!
Sorry but I’m not paying to use this app when I’ve used it in the past for free. Especially when I only need it ONCE a year whenever we do play Secret Santa with the fam.Adiccctteddd
False Promises
The app is easy to set up, accesses your contacts and it took five minutes to set the event and send the information to invitees. However, the description in the App Store says “now with wish list”. What it neglects to tell you is this will then cost you £3.99. I only paid, as I couldn’t be bothered to find another. Cheeky and costly for something I will likely only use once.Show lessSB60247
Pretty decent
Features are great and it’s easy to use, would be great if you could bulk send the text message invitations rather than having to cycle through them one at a time and manually issue.Tuffnessa
Costs money to send SMS
Developers should be more transparent in the app description that it costs 5.99 to use the app to send messages via SMS. It’s not a lot of money but I won’t use this app on principle because that is a shady way to operate.

Great Features and lightning tech support
We are hosting another Secret Santa during the annual Christmas party for our youth group and discovered this app when we were looking for another option other than physically drawing names in a hat. We downloaded the free version, and realized this was the one for us so we paid the $4 and upgraded to be able to use the SMS features. Unfortunately something went wrong and the SMS features did not unlock. We contacted the App developers and Ash got back to us in less than 24 hours fixing the issue! We look forward to using this app for years to come! I hope in the future the PDF version that is available for the emails version will be available for the SMS.
