  • Data Retention

I thought this calendar was perpetual. I just realized it is keeping history for only 1 year. My family needs a calendar to keep track of medical appointments history, as well as other history. It had been particularly useful for our daughter, who has traumatic brain injury memory issues. She appreciated being able to go back and look up something she had done. Plus good for aging parents also with increasing memory issues! Other than that, it has been good for multiple family members to avoid conflicts in scheduling multiple items. Paid version is too expensive for family use, and it is not a full perpetual calendar either, still lose info after a few years. Would work if could export to pdf with all notes, but don’t believe this can be done either.

  • Lock out

I’ve been using this for a while now and I think it’s great. However, from time to time it ‘locks out’ midway through an event update. The only way I’ve found to resolve it is to delete the app from my phone and reinstall.
    Very irritating
  • Brilliant for visual users!

I love this app! I use the free version so far for over a year to book clients in. I use different colours for home, work, educational time etc which really helps me to see what my day entails! It connects with my apple iPhone calendar. So easy to use! Different users can view whatever you want them to see. I love it!

  • Great but could be better

I started using this calendar for our office employees. It was the best I had come across in a long time. It was the easiest to add new appointments to our schedule and easily post vacation days for employees to view (only 9 employees and we avoid more than a couple of people off at one time). Easy to invite or remove people from a calendar share & views are customizable.
If there was anything I could change it would be an alert for anyone following a calendar and customizable so that anyone not needing the alert could shut it off without affecting the other people getting an alert. At this point the only possible alert system with this app is an email which is virtually useless since it isn’t feasible for us to all have notifications for an email turned on our phones.
The next change I would make is having the ability to look back at old calendar years. It’s come to my notice that after we used this app for more than a year, our entries are no longer available after a year. Since we made the mistake of relying solely on this app to schedule employees, now I have no way of looking back to see who took which holiday and who was bad about shirking responsibilities for coverage. At the very least this should have been communicated to users from the developers so that we could either purchase a version allowing for this or make it a policy to printing each calendar month before Teamup removed the information from the database. Trying to save a tree and use an electronic version of our good old dependable pen & paper calendar has been a bad move for us. Currently looking for a calendar that doesn’t remove our content.

  • Decent app but

Needs a Apple watch version when you’re on the fly
  • Limited

The app is very limited compared to features and usability of the web app. Also, I was very disappointed that you can’t define timezone separately for start and end times. I was entering information for a trip that crosses time zones and could not change the timezones when creating the event.
Many views are advertised but the Agenda view does not show days with no events so that you can see a full schedule for a date range in a list format.
This service is off to a good start but missing some of those basic features that are in other calendar apps. Pros: Import/Export, Custom Fields, Easy sharing.

  • Update

I love this app, and use it for household appt, hubbys shift and my daughters work pattern (as also her main support for the kiddos).
But what would make this a fantastic app would be to have the option of a repeat for 4weekly.
My hubby’s shifts are the same but it’s a rolling 4 weeks - bit of a task to input them every 4weeks esp when they don’t change much.

Pls add a 4weekly option on the repeat and I would very easily give this 5 stars

    Great app guys

  • Perfect for coordinating families and friendship groups!

TeamUp is my go to app for shared calendars, settings can be altered for the exact experience you seek! Far superior to G**gle Calendar and the likes
I set up my family calendar, first on desktop so I could fine tune settings and make seperate links for each family member - that way they can only edit their own calendar. Now we can all block out our busy periods so Mum knows when we are free for dinner/catch ups
Only issue for me is you can’t set reminder notifications that pop up on the screen at the time of an event - this would be the cherry on top of a perfect cake ! (even better if the notification only went off for the user/subcalendar the event belongs to)

  • Going to today’s date is next to impossible

When you have the month view open and you click on a specific day it takes you months back instead of to the day you clicked on. Then when you go back to the month, click on the day it will take you to the correct day but when you click on the more symbols to view the rest of the schedule of that day it again takes you months back. You have to back out all the way to the month view yet again and go though the process all over again. My company is getting fed up with it and will most likely be looking for a new scheduling program. The simple solutions would be to add a “today” button like the web interface has.
