Used to love this app so much. But it just no longer works. I've emailed them multiple times and no response. No meditations even show up even though I've paid and I'm signed in. So frustrating because i love the teachers and the meditations

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your app. It sounds like our emails may be slipping into your spam or promotions folder as we responded on July 9th and followed up on July 14th. I'll have the Customer Care team member who is supporting you to email again. The steps given in the email are: - Force Quit the App. - Re-open the App. - Go to the “Settings” menu. - Click on “Check new Content” Please then go back into the Meditations and confirm the issue has been resolved. If you're still having the issue and can't see any emails from us, please email keepingyouhappy@choosemuse.com referencing this review.
