Disappointed
I downloaded the app after reading about it. Filled out the form to request a sitter. Then nothing. No info on what to expect, when my booking would be confirmed, nothing that I could see. It just said awaiting confirmation. After a few hours I cancelled. I'm ok with waiting but there should be some help messaging "you will get confirmed within # hours" but there is nothing. When I linked to the FAQ there was nothing there. Poor experience.Show lessLillyishere3000
Great baby sitters, inadequate customer service
App works fine and baby sitters are great. However the billing practices and the customer service completely miss the expectations, just plain unacceptable. I wish corporate employees could show the same compassion the baby sitters do.Canazor2k17
Why no other locations?
Love this app to book sitters- it's been like having a kindergarten teacher come over. Wish I could book in Seattle where we travel often.Rickyricky11
Credit card info
I really dislike apps that don't give you the option to delete your credit card info even though you have the option to delete other info like your address. Helpr does exactly that and it's a really bad practice. Will not use itParental2

What a FANTASTIC idea, and a GREAT service!
We absolutely love Helpr! It is such a great idea for how fast pace life can be for families nowadays. We have had such great experiences each time we book with Helpr- we love our sitters and we are so embarrassed by how quickly we receive them. We have so much comfort knowing that each sitter is screened and has had plenty of child care experience. Helpr is the best new babysitting service out there! Helpr is a life saver!
My husband and I have a daytime nanny, but when we run into long days, work late or have an unplanned activity, we turn to Helpr. It's reliable, and easy and the sitters are totally trustworthy! Thanks helpr for sending me Gaby and Moana, they met my daughter w/ open arms.ShakShimura

My husband and I booked a last-minute trip to Ojai and the inn referred us to this nanny service. It was super easy to use and we were able to book a sitter just a few days in advance. Incredibly Convenient App for Parents!
This app is amazing! We got last minute tickets to a Lakers Game yesterday morning. My family lives close by and can normally help watch my kids, but everyone had other plans.
I downloaded the app, signed up for an account and placed my sitter request, all within 5 minutes. Within 5 minutes I received an email that we had a sitter confirmed, along with the sitter's name, cell phone and info about her.
So cool! We instantly felt comforted knowing the girl was from the same town outside of Chicago as my husband.
The sister called me when she was on her way and was so sweet! She did an excellent job, and kept the house very clean, had no problems putting my daughter to bed, and is someone we will definitely use again.
Highly recommend this app! Each sitter is pre-screened and you don't have to do any correspondence back and forth. Love!Show lessxoRachelP
