  • I works because of Dilia's support calls

    This app is a bargin because of the four weekly calls you get wtih the author, Dilia Suriel. During the calls she helps you get off the CYCLE OF SHAME that feeds brain hunger and food addiction. The app teaches you how to use MINDFULNESS as an approach to weight loss which is safe, effective, inexpensive, and will help you get to the root of your food addictions. If you are looking for another mindless "eat this but not that" diet then this app, and Dilia's book: "The Thin Woman's Brain" are not for you. However, if you want an approach to food that will get you off the diet roller coaster, a brilliant app that has actionalbe tools to support you 24/7, plus four weekly LIVE call in support conference calls with the author where she gives personal support then give The Thin Woman's Brain and this app a try.
  • A phenomenal product of considerable breadth and scope

    I am no stranger to weight-loss programs. I stumbled across this quite by accident.The author is a computer scientist, and the organization and functionality of the program is thus particularly impressive for version 1.0.0

    More impressive, however, is the breadth and scope. This is truly the broadest approach to this problem yet, at least to my eye.

    Go through the website carefully, as salient features of the material in her extremely well-written book are in the website. Then listen to her YouTube. Read the book. Try the program for a week for free!

    You will get the most out of the app if you listen to her YouTube presentation and at least read through the website pretty carefully if not listen to her or read her book as well.

    You won't be disappointed. I recognize that it's very pricey, but compared to the money going down on junk food in your life already, it's a drop in the bucket...

    This app is so great to help me a lot. In the first free trial week it helps me a lot to control my eating. So I decided to pay the subscription to use it. The only problem is you have to pay to use it every month, but it make sense, because they provide services and support. Hope I can live without it in one or two months so I can save my money. Anyway thanks for the great app.
  • Life Changing!

    I was sick of diet yo-yoing and really ready to step into a healthy body permanently. I so wanted to let go of shame and food addiction! So, after extensive research, I decided to do it through this program. TWB guided me to discover what triggers my stress and anxiety, trained me to eliminate eating as a response, and reprogrammed my brain to reduce angst and to easily choose healthy outlets to my life's upsets. Along the way, I got positive rewards and encouragement and, best of all, personal mentoring from an upbeat and caring expert! This really is a long-term solution, my thinking is actually different! I recommend you do the assessments, watch the YouTube, talk to the expert, and take advantage of all the resources in the app. I had a friend do it with me for extra benefit! You can change your relationship with food, your body, and your life. I did,and it was the best investment I've made in myself!
