Awful
Paid extra to have this printed on my coffee, there wasn’t enough foam on the coffee and the design didn’t print out at all. Good idea, poor results. Primark Birmingham
Locations still a problem
Agreeing with the other reviewers about the location search function (or lack thereof.) The concept for this app is brilliant, but it’s useless without a proper search function. Need to be able to search by city/zip code. The one and only location that populates near me is an auto body shop, so, pretty sure that’s not accurate.

Disappointing
My first experience went down very disappointing. Staff did not convince me they knew how to operate the unit and after two failed attempts was then told the picture was wrong and it needed a more black and white image. This was after days of being told the ink cartridge needed changing and they were waiting for them to come in.

Poor functionality
They need to develop an option to search an area via zipcode or city. Because the app opens by searching for locations, the use of the app is non-intuitive, meaning your saved custom ripples don’t show unless you click around.
Unable to find locations
No, there is nothing wrong with my phone/location services, your app simply pops up with whatever location is closest to me (which happens to be a dental office....) I cannot search even by zip code. This needs to be fixed.
Site Inspections
I work at a large resort, and the ripple maker is the best thing ever when it comes to Wowwing our site inspection clients. It’s incredibly easy to use, very reliable, and a delighter for everyone who uses it. If you want to see what a real smile looks like, ripple a child’s image and watch their parent’s faces!

Can't find location
The app couldn't find the location I was at even though the staff said the machine was turned on and working properly. Disappointed.
Where???
I downloaded this app after finding out about Ripples on the Disney Parks Blog. But the app won't tell you where the nearest coffee shop that has Ripples is if you're not lucky enough to be at Disney. The website doesn't tell you either. App needs a lot more work and is completely useless if you don't have a coffee shop nearby with a Ripples machine.
