  • Good Improvements

    Really love what you’ve done with the receipt scanning, makes life a lot easier. But the app is not configured well for tablet and I end up doing most of my expense reporting while flying from my mobile device so this is fairly inconvenient. Would love to see a tablet version that mimics the same interface as the web portal.
  • Nope

    Not yet ready for prime time. Support is spread way too thin. Calling to talk to an agent about expense management sends one to a call tree that has no options to discuss anything but “travel” and the chat has a bot sort that took 10 minutes to get through before having a 25-minute TWO question and answer session with an agent. Agent was friendly just too well insulated and must be spread too thin.
  • Clean, efficient mobile app

    Very easy to search and quickly book flights and hotels. Easier and faster than many airline’s direct sites.
  • Issue with reports

    I have used this application for nine(9) expense reports. Initially there was a problem with reading the title and/or amount. I captured all the information for the tenth report then generated the report. It did not email the report as before. That was no notification of and error. I tried to generate a report as PDF file. It would run then error message process was taking too long. I tried to share the report. That process seems I generate a PDF before sending. So, my report is hung-up at TravelBank. It’s been over two weeks now without a solution or an expected date for a solution. I will not trust this application with financial data or processing.

We've discovered that this particular issue with generating a PDF affected a small group of users on a trial version of our product, and has already been fixed.   • What’s going on with this app ?

    Love this app and have used it everyday.
    Lately, cannot get the app to load - missing my favorite app.
  • Used to love it now can’t use it

    Since the last update the app will not open. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. It’s virtually useless if I cannot quickly take a picture of a receipt and load an expense with my phone.
  • Can’t approve requests from the app

    I’m surprised that I can see my team’s requests but can’t approve via the app on my phone! Not convenient.
  • Not working anymore

    I liked this app. I have used it for a year and have all of my spending and receipts on it. It logged me out. I tried to log in and says my password is wrong. I tried to reset the password and it will not send me the email to reset it. Now it tells me I’m locked out for too many failed attempts and asks me to change my password. But it won’t send me the email. I checked the junk folder but nothing. And since I can’t get into my account, I can’t message anyone about the problem.
  • Recent update added a bug

    Recently I updated the app and at first it was very slow adding expenses. Soon after I was unable to sign in. I attempted to reset several times but never received the email to do so. I checked my trash and junk mail and didn’t find anything. So now I’m able to access my Acct. Seems like updates made it worse!
  • User friendly and good looking app

    The scan receipts feature is easy to find and use. It automatically fills in merchant details from the picture. Feels modern and intuitive compared to some other tools!
