Terrible airline trying to squeeze every last cent out of you
They charged me $50 to change the name on my boarding pass because I didn’t have my middle name on there, and it’s impossible to change it online. I payed $80 for a flight and $45 for a “name change charge.” Ridiculous. The staff was useless in trying to help.Jackhyurp
Best Cheap Airline
This is honestly the best cheap airline I’ve ever flown. Very polite staff, online check in available, pretty clean, no fuss over baggage or baggage drop, overall 10/10!
It’s not a luxury airline but it’s exactly what u want for a buffet airline. Definitely exceeded my expectations.😣💖😣
Good app, but unable to enter some data
The app is good, but, being from another country my credit card could not be accepted to add some new features I wanted (more luggage etc.). I hope that can be fixed for people outside of Hong Kong.pannafan

Awful airlines the cut costs everywhere. I was forced to buy another ticket even though I was already the the boarding gate and had proof of purchase!

Bad Username or password???
Made an account of HK express and then went to this app to sign in. All it says is “Bad username or password.” It seems to me that being able to login should be the most important thing about an app. Couldn’t loginShisjfn
