Checkin process is buggy
I checked in for 6 people and maybe one person’s information was incorrect. It returned an error with no information about what went wrong. I was brought back to the view boarding pass page and it only shows 5 boarding passes. I was scared that the error lost my reservation. I tried numerous time to check and my boarding was still missing. I finally tried the manage button and found my reservation. It’s extremely frustrating when there were no instructions. Someone should QA the system better.Show lessKY010USA
Horrible customer support
Customer support is quick to respond and answers questions to the best they can. HK Express does not allow them to support their their customers and makes it nearly impossible to get ahold of 🥲 so you do all this work to contact them and then they are like “fill out a form and maybe get a partial tax refund” 🤣Show lessTommyB123!!!
Awful app, awful website
What’s wrong with this company? They can’t set a website or app that will let you check in. You can waste many hours trying to perform basic functions and never succeed. Clearly not a minimally functional airlineJTiwa
User Unfriendly
Tons of bugs. Would not accept many credit cards. The app designers should be fired. If the airline is as bad as the website/app they should not be flying.Thebest2012goat
Please enable Cathay login
Can login to HK Express web version using Cathay account number, but cannot do so in app. Does not make sense - please update.Sue Lei
App needs to be reworked
The screen kept blanking out as I tried to book. It took 4-5 tries to complete the job. Most annoying. ZuccaDZuccaD

Boarding pass glitch
I thought the main idea behind mobile check in was to obtain a digital boarding pass??? Apparently that can’t be done on a return trip from Vietnam to HKG ( we are HKG residents). Now we get to wait in line at the airport......lao taitai
