Down with the new update! :(
I have been a die-hard Pattern user for years, and until last week I would’ve happily thrown five stars at this review. This update is absolutely awful! I can’t find anything, it’s super complicated and hard to navigate. When I click on a notification it sometimes takes me to my main screen and the content of the notification is no where to be found. Way too much push to listen to audio. It feels like the focus was completely on aesthetics and everyone was just like, “Yep looks pretty!” without testing the usability at all. I even prefer the old look more. This is just too busy and overwhelming and looks like stock photos of sunsets and stuff from Google with the saturation turned up. Somehow it’s boring and overwhelming simultaneously. As a former dedicated daily user, I’m sooo bummed about the changes. I used to tell EVERYONE to get this app… no longer. “And this is what we’ll talk to you about in the following audio” makes me want to crawl out of my skin. Utterly confounded that they seem to be ignoring the fact that 99% of us are really hating this update—why keep it?! Finally turned off my notifications today… it literally made me sad after YEARS of getting that daily morning notification and being amazed at how accurate it always was. Now it is all generalized overviews that can be found anywhere on the internet. I’m rambling, but that’s how much I really hate it!Show lesseemunniee
New update? What the heck?
Terrible concept. Way better before. Used to chat with the community and now you can’t :( BRING BACK THE COMMUNITY.
Edit: if they don’t revert it back to the way it was before then Ill just be deleting this app. I have NO clue what I’m looking at when I open the app. A complete disaster.
Edit again: I deleted the app. Im so sad. I used to look forward to exploring the app every single day, now Im so disappointed. I deleted it.Show lessMiiracee
The new UI is awful!
Been using the pattern for a long time but with the newest updates things has gone really downhill. Using AI arts and removed the community comments on the shared timings, trying to pushing the audio content are the worst decisions the developers have ever made. Who approved these feature changes gotta be out of their mind!Show lessdelilah151
Please bring back previous version!
Prior to this new update, I would give this app 5 stars. Now, I don’t even feel like 1 star is justified. I have never disliked an update in any app as much as I dislike this one. I cannot even use the app now. Will likely be removing my account if this new update remains.Tonyone2121
Love this app but…
I’ve been using the pattern app for years, and recommend it over any astrology app to friends. It’s always been super accurate and on point, especially the timing & bonds.
Now to the “but”…
The latest update (a complete makeover) is super confusing & it’s a little difficult to find things. I’m not sure if it will just take getting used too or if I’m just not a fan of it. Also, has the connect feature been removed?Show lessApplaudia

Update is terrible
I used to love this app so much and i recommended it to so many people, but the new update makes it so hard to find what you’re looking for. This is not user friendly at all. I also think that removing the peak dates of our life cycles sucks. I used to love the way you could relate more to your friends with the way you could see your shared patterns, your compatibility, etc. Please bring it back to what it was, the lay out is now ridiculously ugly and looks cheap. I wanted to try the premium features, but i don’t even want to pay for this anymore.Show lessaudreegiroux

Disliking the newest update
I just really dislike this new update—I don’t even know what I’m looking at or how to use it anymore. The update from a few months ago was great. I just can’t see myself recommending this pattern to anyone anymore.333あに
Love the app + some improvement possible
I really enjoy using the app, especially the timings are amazing as well as the lenses.
Improvement can be done when it comes to the design, even though the ve just updated it as it doenst help the overview and feels overstimulating to my eyes.
One really important thing is that the natal chart isn’t right, for example it shows that my Venus is in Aquarius, when it is in Capricorn.
Thanks for your brilliant work anyway. :)
