Garbage filled with ads
I use gimp daily with windows. This version is filled with ads unless you pay money… which GIMP , the real gimp, never does.
This app is absolutely nothing to do with gimp. I’d put a ‘no star’ rating if there was one.Bjbillbc

All this supposed app does is open a dodgy looking Web page where one has to click on a button to get to some archaic looking Web editor. Really deceptive.Mickaaa!!

Useless App
As other people have said this app is frustrating and extremely disappointing as you can’t even import an image to edit!?!
I was subscribing for an ad free experience, but all things considered that is not going to continue because this app is sadly a complete waste of space and money!

Says its free but still requires a credit card to register an account. Like a MORON i entered my info thinking there could be additional purchase options once in the alp and immediately got a fraud charge warning from my bank. Read the reviews which i failed to do and save yourself the headache of canceling charges and changing your credit card account.Show lessalleycat*89
Trojan Warning
The fact that the publisher is selling one in app purchase… gimp with no ads for $.99 - I wonder how many refunds Apple has processed on behalf of the ignorant ones involved in this. This app is masked with a gui that is, on the surface, similar to gimp… I don’t know why the publisher of this app would steal images from gimp, an open source platform and than would make the sorriest attempt at replicating the gimp software but apparently that’s exactly what this is. As for the Trojan part -good luck getting access to even the basic menu system of this app without encountering, you guessed it an advertisement, completely innocuous, might I add, not to mention the app is about is stable as a spark. This is not gimp or anything remotely related to gimp. It’s an ad campaign designed to steal your money and download viruses (Trojan viruses, in this case) to your device. I strongly suggest to stay away from this app and delete immediately. To the developer - if you dare to be sincere - get rid of the ads! If it works right, we will donate because that’s how the open-source community works not being bat-and-switched into a $.99 in app purchase to see shades of gray.Show lessStephenJSpace
