Use this with Ark it’s probably the best choice you can make
Playing Ark without this app is a monumental difference. It will save you an incredible amount of time and resources. The only bad thing would be that you aren’t surprised by creatures you encounter as much and moments when you get a large creature to chase you and your friends or nearly kill you with few swipes as you run and scream for your life can be fun to look back on. But for sure this is an essential app for so many things in the Ark. I’ve never had a bad experience with the app.Show lessexternaltree138
My review on dododex
This app is amazing for anyone who is new to ark or just wants taming/finding resources or a certain Dino on any map to be easier or anyone who just needs a little help and Its correct I’d say 99% of the times I use it and if it could be off by a little bit it will say that it could be off a little do to a bug and the resource feature that lets you see what Dinos are best for gathering certain resources is all based on people that play ark and rated the dinos based on their experience with using it for those resources.
And the best part is it works for every platform of ark from mobile to console so it will work for anyoneShow lesskodapopzz
Good app but one problem
I do like this app but its been bugging me recently. I tried to post part 4 of my story for jerboas and it keeps saying it’ll be reviewed because it thinks I asked for upvotes even though I’m not. I’ll provide the story now.
Tales From the Arks
Part 4
An alpha raptor pounced and landed on squeaks. They all ran away except for squeaks. Their yelling was growing quieter and quieter until it stopped. They all regrouped the next day and realized they needed allies they set off for the desert in search for friends and settled down in the endless dunes and started to dehydrate. They had to search for an oasis.
Fuzzy:hey guys is that sand moving
Radar:your probably hallucinating
Shadow:Is it normal for 2 people to see the same hallucination? Because I see that and it almost looks like...
Radar:A DEATH WORM, SCATTER
They all ran in different directions and they all met up at the burrow and dehydrated to a point where they fell unconscious. Only to wake up somewhere way different...

Perfect
This app is perfect, some Dino's eat some pretty weird food. Like spoiled meat. The only way I could find out what to give a Dino. This app makes the game 10x easier I 100%recommend this app without it I’d be stuck with a low level Dino and weak tames because I wouldn’t know how to tame some. The manta I was confused with because I thought it was a knockout tame not a passive tame.Show lessaussieAnimals
Absolute Necessity
I use this app all the time. All the features are great, and work so well and having it on your phone is so convenient. You can look up the creature you want to tame, put in your sever settings see how much food and tranqs it’ll take. You can even modify the weapons so you can know EXACTLY what you need with your specific taming method. Also the stat calculator is amazing, I’m sure people are upset because they use it for tamed creatures but it’s supposed to be for wild creatures when you have them knocked out. So when you use it right it’s flawless I love it. This with Ark smart breeder for tamed creatures and keeping track of stats is a great combination too and I cannot imagine playing ark without it.Show lessJabingso
Ark players best friend
Dododex is extremely helpful to any ark player. I have a few (thousand) hours in ark and whenever I want to tame something I don’t remember well, I just check Dododex. But what’s better is actually the Dododex built in stat calculator. You can use it to check the number of points in a wild creatures stats, so if the 150 giga you just knocked has 1 point melee 50 in oxygen you can save your kibble for a different one, for example. And it’s just nice knowing what it’s distribution is compared to the average.

BEST companion app ever But...
This app works wonders for dino taming, breeding and killing with only a few taps. I used it all the times when I was in my island run so I downloaded this and I still use it for looking at cheats and how to kill and efficiently beat bosses. This is a 5 star app and no one can say otherwise. Thought I’d never actually come back to write another reply but I’m here to report a bug where a few of the dinos don’t have pics or tips. For example the velonosaur worked fine and so did the Rex but the para, manargmr, moschops and giga didn’t show. Can you please fix this issue?Show lessPlasma Bolt

Hi! That’s very strange. If the photos or tips aren’t loading, it’s an issue connecting to Dododex’s servers. I’m not seeing any issues or outages recently, but it’s possible that there was a short server hiccup if it was briefly overloaded or something. Is it still happening? Could you try force closing the app?This app is awesome but I want one more thing
To everyone who looks at this. I greatly recommend this app for taming,gathering, breeding,what the creatures do and what you need to knock them out with or tame. All that stuff is great but I don’t know if it’s possible but maybe you could add a weapons section for how much the primitive weapons do and what you use them for because I understand that all higher grade weapons melee and durability are random so that’s why i said only primitive items. I have been playing ark for years and have only recently started using this app. It is very good if you are preparing for a tame and want to know the best way to do so, or if you need to know the ingredients for something and you don’t want to look at the annoying Rockwell recipes and do the math.
