Fantastic
When I got ark I didn’t really know what to do I made a wood house in a pvp sever but I had no dinos I tryed to tame a raptor with a club I didn’t know what to do really I didn’t cear to make a trap and as I needed help so my friends told me to get this app and it’s the best app I’ve seen for beginners this is the app they need so please when ark 2 comes out make an app to tame and play the game like a pro.

Its pretty good just some stuff isnt explained to wells
So I really don't got many complaints about this app other than that for some creatures (usually if the creature is higher lvl) the amount of tranqs it would take to knock something out seem to be inaccurate also that it wasn't explained too well that you have to remove whatever food (it picks kibble for you) it has chosen and put in the food your actually using to tame said creature. Other than these two complaints nothing else comes to mind complaint wise but i do have a suggestion for a feature which I'm not sure how tough it would be to implement but i think It’d be a good idea to be able to track multiple Dino's at the same time assuming your taming multiple things at once. Hi! thanks for this feedback! The reason a higher level dino would require more hits than Dododex shows is because of time gaps between shots, or any missed shots. Remember that dinos regenerate torpor after they are hit (Dododex defaults to 5 seconds between shots, but you can change it). If you leave time between shots or miss, they will regenerate torpor and require more. If you hit consistently at the right time, Dododex's calculations should be exact. Thanks for your suggestion regarding food! That's been something on my to do list that I need to address. A few people have reported issues when the right food wasn't selected, so I know it's an issue. I need to make the design a bit clearer that the starve timer and results are specifically for the selected food. But doing this will require a significant redesign of the app. It's on my to do list! This app is awesome. It is free and you can view everything you will need. It shows the best food for max taming effectiveness if you care about high levels, and it shows you how long it will take to tame and what you need to knock the animal out. Addition information such as what materials the animal can break, high or low torpor, item drops, if it can be trapped with a bola... etc and what rank the animal is at harvesting materials. There is also information on breeding and incubation periods. The times for taming etc are mostly accurate. Awesome, but needs a few things.
I love this app, whether to tame a creature, or to see its tips. But there’s a few problems. 1. There is no way to see what happened to your tip, like how many likes it had and stuff. I just feel like half the time my tip doesn’t exist, but it could be quite popular. 2. It’s so unfortunate that the word limit is so low on mobile. I try to write a story, but the limit is always exceeds and I have to cut a major section of the story. 3. I don’t think that this is directly dododex’s fault, but I was spelling a dinos name, but it autocorrected to something else, and my comment was apparently inappropriate. Kind of annoying, but I could live with it. But still, nice app!Show lessDodoBits
Get this app if you need info for all things Dino
This app has helped me with so much. It tells you what you need to use to tame a Dino, what it eats, the area of space needs to fit it through a gap in a wall, if it can walk through a door, what it can do, how long it takes to tame it, and what it drops if you kill it (there’s more but these are some main ones).The Tip section is especially useful as others can share their experiences with the Selected Dino and give helpful advice. I’ve had God Console on Single Player, but my Mom gave me a new account and deleted Ark but I got it back, and God Console along with all my tames, (Including Giggles the Giga, Pretzel the Quetzal, Capin Amurica the Quetzal, and my griffins and other good tames.) And then I got this and it made my YEAR. I realized I didn’t need God Console when I felt helpless at first. Also I was alpha/beta on multiple servers. But this got my rank back! Within weeks instead of months! Thank you so much for this app. I don’t know how to explain how happy I am that you made this app.

The app that I needed
So I was looking for a new game to buy yesterday and I found ark and it looked good so I bought it and it was the best game I ever downloaded. I have always loved dinosaurs and there relatives and I know an unbelievable lot about them but after the tutorial I was killed by a sarcosushus and later a Utahraptor (or whatever raptor because for some reason it doesn’t tell you) and I needed a guide for the game so I bought this and I was impressed. Before I wanted a parasourotholus but I couldn’t because it was to fast for me and I searched it up on Dododex and realised that I needed to unlock bola so I unlocked it and I got one of my favourite Dinos ever tamed! I was walking with my new tame parasaur and I came across a diplodocus and he looked beautiful and I searched up on Dododex and I learned how to get one so I stood under his legs and fed him mejoberry and I tamed him! I called him dippy because of the skeleton I saw of a diplodocus called dippy and without Dododex on the App Store I would of never tamed him
Edit: I JUST CAME ACROSS A SARCOSUSHUS AND I WENT ON DODOEX TO SE HOW TO TAME THEM AND I TAMED HIM WHILE I WAS LEVEL 11! I saw that it helps for names and, TONY SARCO!Show lessthat gaming lizard🦎
An idea
If of all I would just like to say I could not ply ark without this app! I have a simple idea where you have a separate page and you could add the dinos you have and you can add their level and stats as well as other tribes dinos so u can keep track, you could ask have mutations and other thing you need to remember. As someone who loves this app I think it would be beneficial!

This game, I can’t believe it’s real, something like this is AMAZING! I have been using this really for the creatures, and this has been really helpful for me, I can go on and tell you all reasons why this is so helpful to me, but I’ll keep it short. I would also want to say, could you maybe add the other DLC’s that you haven’t added yet, and, this is a HUGE request, but can you add creatures from different mods? If this can’t be done, I don’t care, this app is great already, and I would HIGHLY recommend this game to any ark player. Thank you for an awesome game!Show lessastrode
