  • My opinion of Aira

Since I've been using the Aira app, I have been able to accomplish more things in a timely manner than I've ever been able to since I've been blind. This app makes life so much easier. I do wish it was available in other countries. There are many blind people that could benefit from this wonderful opportunity. I am also wondering about Third World countries. I know that it's an expensive tool, but there are so many people whose lives could be better. Thank you for all you do.
  • Not frequent user

I RAW is a great service unfortunately I don’t use it as much as I care as I want to know my time is limited I haven’t use much time on this but when I do it’s excellent so I’m at the lowest level possible and if I need to buy time then I’ll do so but thank you very much Greg great job great idea
  • Aira compliments I love using Aira service.

I use Aira everyday when sighted assistance is needed. Whether it’s reading mail, navigating unfamiliar areas, Aira agents are trained in any tasks you need to get done. No task is too small or too big. Keep up the good work Aira. It’s a game-changer for the blind.
  • Worth Every Penny

I'm totally blind, and I work as an O&M instructor. Since my time as an intern, I've found AIRA extremely helpful in preparing travel lessons when I needed or just wanted more information than I could get on my own. I've also found it helpful troubleshooting technology issues, in shopping, and doing a whole hoast of other things. It's definitely worth its price.
  • Great but price?!

I love the service, and it’s very helpful, just that the price is a huge factor in me not rating five stars. It really should be free, or at least much cheaper. Why should visually impaired people pay so much money in order to have equal access to sighted people? I love the agents though, they are extremely friendly and helpful, I just think that the pricing system and ideology should be drastically different. The free options are nice, but they don’t give nearly as much opportunity as one would like. Obviously they need funding for the service and their agents, but there are better ways then getting it from visually impaired consumers.
  • Great for us blindies

Makes stuff doable that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do on my own. The app does have a few bugs but they’ll be worked out in time I am sure.
  • Totally Love AIRA

Hi, SanStorm here. I totally love this app and the service. I would be loss if I didn’t have this app on my iPhone. I totally use it for just about everything. I absolutely enjoy working with whomever takes my call because they are completely patient and quite thorough. Every experience is different and it is awesome every time. I would recommend it to all of my blind friends. Keep up the awesome work. I just love this app and thank you for creating such a valuable tool for the blind.
  • Totally awesome app

Hi use this app multiple times a day. Always a very friendly and helpful person on the other end. They actually assist me multiple times a day testing my blood sugar and helping me find the blood on my fingers this app is a game changer! There are mini reasons to have this app. Help is always available. This app has really helped me to be almost totally independent.
  • Wonderful service

I love this service! I’ve used it to find concierge boxes at my mailbox cluster. Trust me, I would still be there right now trying the key in every concierge box if not for the help provided. Always friendly and professional.
  • I love the app

As a visually impaired 15 year old this app has worked so well for me. The people that your are on the call with are really nice and everything on the app is great. The only thing is that you have a 30 minute time limit and after the 30 minutes you have to pay for minutes. But overall it’s great I will be using this app again.
