This is a very professional and very effective service for the visually impaired and blind. I have gone from limited vision a couple of years ago to almost novation and this service and the professional agents have helped me immensely when I’ve had challenging scenarios.
Awesome App highly recommended. Just a short while I used it when I was in Walmart they were able to tell me what my item was what it look like and the color I recommend this product for any visually impaired or blind person they will not steer you wrong we’re just five minutes they can tell you exactly what your item is
I really love this app. The best thing about it, is if you’re curious what some thing is, you can just ask the agent. I also like that they can go on your zoom webinars and describe them to you. I think that this app is really cool, and everybody should try it.
The agents are extremely helpful, and have a great deal of knowledge. Some of the things that they can do for you are to help you filled out PDF forms, read mail, shop online and in stores, travel with you, go to airports with you, walk the streets of your town or city with you, point out obstacles, read menus, help you with college work, help you with things that you need to read for your job, read things on the shelves in us or deli, almost anything you need a sighted person to help you with. They can use team viewer to go on your computer or help you with your smart phone. What a wonderful service! If you have any problems, customer service is excellent.
I appreciate how promptly the agents respond when placing a call. Also, they are very professional, prompt and are able to assist with a wide variety of tasks. Aira has been very invaluable for getting things done.
Hi found out about this app in 2018 and have been using it since October 2018 I have loved this app I have loved the help I have been getting from the Aira agents and i just wish that the five free minutes wasn’t limited to paying subscribers such as myself and my fiancé and guests most importantly but other than that I have had great success with the app and look forward to new updates
I have been several using the app for several years and indeed it has made a great difference in my life. I am able to do things that I could not do before with the help of Ira. I was better able to do some of the things when the glasses were around. I understand why they went away; the hardware used to make them run the phones became obsolete in their updatable capability. I am hoping they’re working on new glasses or something else. There have been some ups and downs with the software of the Ira app itself; but it does get fixed at some point in time. If it ever go if the Ira F ever goes away we will all be back in the dark ages. I hope that the quality will continue to be good and that people will continue to use it. The best thing apart the app about the app or the agents. They are truly great people very helpful very very knowledgeable their training is great.b
AIRA is awesome! I used it before the pandemic maybe mainly out in the world. However since the pandemic it has been invaluable with my business, Jaws, reading emails and making life so much easier since I am sheltering in place. Amazing service!
Sometimes it helps to have a professional visual interpreter, especially when dealing with sensitive information or doing things that need to be correct.
I’ve noted at times, it will say speaker on and no one will be there to respond indicating they are seeing what is on our camera! When we do connect with people, however, the feedback has been great! We’ve gotten help with lots of different things such as labels and packaging of foods, team viewer with a computer, looking up items on the Internet which in some cases may be difficult for us to navigate with our technology! I am totally blind, and Ira has been a great help since both Brian and I are both totally blind and we both live alone. We only have a housekeeper coming in once a week! Thank you.
