Anyone out there??
I have had a lot of issues copying photos and videos to folder I created on the drive error says there’s path/ issues?!?
This app and the hardware has had a lot of customers complaining about errors and giving this company bad ratings, I’ve been hoping I could find a post where the creator responded and speak to the issues of transfer errors but have failed to find one. Please advise if there are new solutions that you have explored.Show lessAl651

With all the negative reviews, I was somewhat hesitant to even download the app. However, I went ahead and took a chance and downloaded the app, plugged in the device to my iPhone 6, downloaded some photos as a test, then dumped them on my laptop with absolutely no trouble whatsoever.
Surprisingly, hours before I actually received the device via the mail, I received an email from the manufacture saying that if I had any problem with device I should follow the list of fixes that were provided in the email. Fortunately, I didn’t need to do any of them. Again, from my standpoint I highly recommend this device.Show lessBe stet
Does what I need it to
I opened my delivery, downloaded the app and had it backing-up within three min.
I had 15.4 gb of photos and videos on my iPhone 6 which took just under two hours to transfer.
I was really upset at first, as at first appearance it looked like only half of my images saved, but then noticed options at the bottom of the app. I clicked on “sort by date” and found everything in order.
I tested on a Windows pc and works fine. Haven’t tested on my desktop Mac yet but already have access for my needs.

Complete fail
I bought this device to quickly and easily move my 5000 pictures from my phone to my laptop because the Windows/Apple interface is spotty at best. This Easyflash device seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately, I could not copy a single picture or video to the device. I got an error every time I tried. First, I tried to copy all of the pictures over...nothing. Then I tried 200...nothing. Then 1...nothing. Then 1 video...nothing. I’d call that a complete fail. Waste of $25.Show lessTeam Temp
Needs full photo backup mode
By touching edit, you can select individual photos to backup.
If you need to backup the full camera roll, touch edit, and then touch the circle button on the bottom left - this selects all your photos.

Works for what I was looking for, but basic
Would be great if the camera was updated to shoot at 1080p, in landscape, and one continuous file instead of breaking it up.
I got this to go with the external drive I bought for extra iPhone storage. Specifically I wanted something to record longer videos directly to that wouldn’t fit on the phone. It works but with limited functionality. Doesn’t even flip to landscape mode for video. Would like to see more camera options. Haven’t tried much else beside copying my contacts over. Will Only Transfer Photos and Videos
I bought this specifically for the ability to transfer business documents between email on my phone and my laptop anytime I am outside of WiFi coverage. I work a lot remotely. The flash drive only picks up the photos on my phone. It will not pick up the “files” folder where all of my working business documents sit on my phone. So while I can move photos, it won’t do what I bought it for.Show lessUFontKnowMe
Fantastic little memory stick
It has just saved us. Very easy to use, and yes, cases had to be removed. Have the 128gb, made a folder for kiddo and one for hubby. And went from there. Obviously app doesn’t work without the hardware.Kerzedame

I believe a lot or most of these bad reviews are from hun error. It happens to me. Wasn’t reading the external device. Thought I had it plugged in all the way against my phone case... and it didn’t read it. Took my phone case off and tried it and it worked perfectly. Has to be plugged in all the way. If it bottoms out on your phone skin or case it won’t work. It’s a really cool device.Show lessDanny 714
Great purchase. Quick & Easy to use.
Great purchase - Not sure why the negative feedback. Worked Great For Me. The app loaded quickly and I easily backed up all of my pictures from my iPad. I will purchase another flash drive just for my iPhone using this app. So far, I am super pleased and cannot say anything negative about it.Ruftidet
