Haven’t even use the product yet and noticed that there’s a misspelling on the contact restore button right on the initial screen. Doesn’t inspire confidence and if in the App Store you click on the support button, you get taken to a ChineseLanguage website with no English version recognizably available. Nice App But Needs 1 Big Fix
I enjoy this LUV-SHARE app but it also frustrates me a lot. I appreciate very much the big things it does. How it does some critical functions is another thing. At the moment, my time permits me to cite only two (but very representative) examples: 1) the process of identifying camera roll photos to move to the flash drive needs to permit easier selection of a range of photos—like you can do within camera roll and almost all current photo apps; and, 2) after processing the selected photos, the app should give us the option of automatically deleting those photos—also like you can do within camera roll and almost all current photo apps. Giving us just those two improvements would make this a five star app in my opinion. Thanks.Show lessRonBSenior
Can only transfer photos and videos
I’m trying to transfer a bunch of files from the PC to the stick. It looked like it was copied successfully but when I check the files on the external storage through either on my phone or on another PC, folder was there but is empty. Tried several times but the folder becomes empty or blank when I check it. When I check other folders that only contain photos and videos, it’s all good. Everything’s still there but this folder I’m trying to copy now contains pdf files aside from photos and videos. Also, where can I find the files I copied from external to internal storage? It’s not in the “Files” app of my iphone. Not also in the Photo Album.Show lessKrisF08
No menu or instructions
There are minimal instructions the first time you open the App. After that there is no access to these instructions, no menu on the App and no help.
I downloaded photo files fro MacBook, but only one or two transferred. Then all the ones I downloaded on to the looffy flash drive self erased.

Connects but doesn’t open
The reviews of this item are so all over the board, the best you can say is it’s inconsistent. 1. After downloading the app and plugging in the device, I get a reading that says how much capacity is left in the device (112GB of a brand new 128GB device), so I know it’s connected, but none of the pages show up when I click on the external device icon, so it’s not accessing any files, etc. Reading the instructions, this looks like a powerful and flexible tool, if it only worked. ☹️
2. I ordered and paid for the 250GB device. The outside of the box I received says it’s a 250MG, but it’s a 128GB.

Great app and flash drive
Great app but i am not able to see my “files folder “ when i select internal storage. Im waiting on an update to fix it. The customer service team is quick to respond though and the read and write speeds are pretty quick. I like that you are able to take pictures and video directly to the the flash drive by opening the software and selecting take video or photo. You can also put movies to your flash drive then watch them on your phone.Show lessStay woke 7
Disappointed
I purchased this product and downloaded the LUV-share app in order to backup and transfer my iPhone contacts to Outlook in Office 365.
When I try to import from the backup file into Outlook, the file the file only imported the (duplicated) vCard for a single contact instead of the entire list of contacts. If there’s a way around this so I can import the entire list in the contacts backup file, I’d like to hear it.

Couldn’t download a thing
My mom got me this drive as an early Christmas present. Sadly will have to return it and look for a more useful product as this one is not only frustrating to deal with, but doesn’t even work. I keep getting error message when I try to backup contacts or photos onto the drive. Read thru some reviews with helpful tips and tried them. It got to 60 photos (of 6,000) and started back with the error messages. This is a 125Gb usb drive. Wouldn’t recommendShow lessMikthemouse
A buggy program that works sometimes
I don’t seem to have a problem transferring photos or movie from my stick to my iPad. The problem I keep getting is with transferring books. I copy the book then it asks me if I want to save it to “books”. I answer yes and 9 times out of 10 it fails to transfer the book. Then all of the sudden it works on another day. Then it fails for the next week. It’s really buggy in this sense. Not sure if there is a fix or something but I’d love to find a solution.Show lessChameleonCloud1
Doesn’t work
I tried to copy some files to the external storage but it got interrupted. It also doesn’t work with my laptop so the only option is to use my iPhone and that is not what I wanted in external storage. Now I can’t tell if any pictures were actually copied to the external storage and I want to return the device. Incredibly frustrating that I can’t plug into my laptop to see if anything is on there so I can remove before returning the product.Show lesseel1006
