Highly Recommend
I’ve had this device for about 3 to 4 years. I have it in my son’s room to monitor his nurses. My son is nonverbal and immobile. I can check on him throughout the day while I’m at work. If he has an appointment where I don’t have to be present I can still communicate with them if need be. At home I can monitor him while doing things around the house. My 31 year old son is epileptic so he needs constant monitoring. So grateful for this product.

Encrypted video is useless outside app
I had left a less critical review previously but having captured footage which I need to use, I find that it can only be viewed in the app due to it being encrypted and there is no way to disable encryption - which begs the question, what is the point in capturing footage when it is captive within the app?
It has other consequences; i.e. it is pointless backing up the footage on the MicroSD card as it cannot be read anywhere else so the only way to archive it is to keep the card and buy another one for the camera - every time you want to archive any video.
I am an adult who feels like I am being treated as a child. If I don't want my camera footage encrypted, that is my business not an app developer. Either provide a facility to disable encryption or a means to decrypt video.
Having found myself with video which is being held hostage by your app, I regret ever buying your cameras.

Good but installation issue..
The camera quality was surprisingly good and night time viewing was unbelievable. With the lights almost all the way off, I could still see the room in pretty good detail. The issue I had was with the installation. It took at least 6 tries before the installation took. I kept getting an installation error to check the router password or two other settings that I checked and confirmed multiple times for accuracy. I came close to returning the product back to the retailer.

Continues recording is Awsome!
Continues recording is a big seller for sure. Love the app and features. One con is the video for at night is hit and miss, meaning sometimes it can be not clear image. That would be the only improvement that would make this app a five start most definitely.
Decent Cameras and app.
I have a couple pan tilt cameras from this company. I pay for yearly subscriptions for each camera. It’s more then I would like to spend, but my options are limited. I didn’t know about the price of the service when I acquired the cameras. The app is kinda glitchy. The cameras don’t always pic up motion. The video quality is sub par. But here I am 3 years later still using them. Things could be better but it’s what I have for now. My main request would be a fast forward option when reviewing footage. My other cameras have that option. If your the app developer and your reading this, please include the option in your next update. Thank you. -Max

Suddenly stopped
We have had this camera for a while (3 years) and never had a problem with it until yesterday.
The app kept saying the camera is offline and to relogin. I exited the app and logged in. Also reset the camera. Both of these didn’t work. There’s an option to relogin on the pop up screen but that only gives you the wheel of death when you click on it.
I’m not sure if the app has suddenly died or what. We are gonna but another camera since we need a baby monitor but hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Maybe the developer can look into this.

DANGEROUS TO USE AS BABY CAMERA
I’ve had this camera for a little over a year now and for some time I’ve been hearing noises through it, not all the time but enough to completely put me off this camera and app.
A few times I’ve heard talking and breathing out of it, it’s woken my daughter up, the app has told me that someone has encrypted the camera so I added passwords onto it, still wouldn’t work properly and then to finish it all off it logged me out and told me my camera was on a different server and that I wasn’t in the same country as it anymore.
Honestly the fact that there’s so many of these used worldwide and they seem to be so accessible is scary and ridiculous.

IPC360 and Iphone14 Pro Max
I’ve had the IPC cameras for a few years, SIM card Memory to review video, photos, speech, recording video clips to monitor elderly relative and our personal / household safety and have been 100% pleased … BUT I’ve just upgraded my phone to an iPhone Pro Max and the IPC app keeps making my phone shutdown and restart. I shared a short video clip onto messenger yo just one person (via my iPad) and now I can’t message this person in messenger via my phone as it again shuts down and restarts. 🤷🏼♀️

Works pretty great!
I purchased this to monitor the driveway at my mountain cabin. It works great about 98% of the time. Occasionally it will miss something if it goes by too fast but overall I’m happy. Most recently I was able to see a bear that came up to my back door. I just ordered two more of these to catch other views of the property and hopefully more wildlife.

Fine when it can connect
App sometimes takes very long to connect to cameras. Closing and reopening the app usually helps.
Sometimes the cameras keep resetting non stop and I’m not able to connect to my account at all. It seems like the server is down but there is no way to check the server status and no website to visit for support. App feedback through the app doesn’t work either because it can’t connect to the server to send the feedback.
I wish the company behind the product had a better online presence so you could at least know who you are dealing with and reach out when the app doesn’t work. Right now all of my cameras are effectively paper weights.
