Don’t bother
Firstly was charged twice for the app. Used app to book a return trip. Then get a message today saying passenger cars have cancelled journey. Phoned Silvertown cars to ask what happened she said that they didn’t cancel the booking. But the payment went to Silvertown and was refunded by Silvertown. She can’t explain what happened. So when I try to re do the booking on the phone she says they don’t cover that area! Well your app took the booking and the money - so your app thinks you cover the area - until the day , then they cancel it for you. Rubbish service - wont be using again.

Crappy service, Crappy App, Crappy Attitude!
My experience tallies with those of Charlie Winston’s review. The app is terrible, and cars regularly cancelled without notification just minutes, sometimes seconds, before they are due. This is despite booking several hours in advance via the app, and having those bookings accepted and confirmed.

One star because I can’t zero
I always have to wait 30 minutes for available cabs, if they don't cancel the reservation 50 times I only use cabs for important things and they are always late.
I had to go to the airport to pick up my girlfriend and the cab arrived an hour later than scheduled, I went to the airport because I had to travel and I got a ride from a woman high on cocaine.
Cabs are never available.

Silvertown App
Taxi cancelled several times after booking, apparently this happens a lot, don’t bother.
CopyLynx taxi
The app resembles the Lynx taxi app which operates in the same town. You can see it even uses the colour scheme of the lynx logo and uses purple accents throughout its buttons. StIll works well

Seriously — don’t bother downloading
I tried to book about six or seven times, and every single ‘confirmed’ booking was cancelled within a couple of minutes. Was nearly late for work. Colleagues told me this is a common experience with this app.
Call Cheshire East cabs instead.

Every time I have used this app the taxi has been late! Why have a app if it doesn’t serve its purpose?!
