Got scammed
VIP Shaadi is nothing but a scam. They reached out to me, aggressively pushing their membership, convincing me that it was the best option for my brother. After I paid, I was assigned a VIP consultant who spoke with me for three days and then completely disappeared—no responses on the app, no answers to calls. When I contacted the sales consultant, I was told to reach out to customer service, who did absolutely nothing. They gave me a new VIP consultant, promising that it wouldn’t happen again, but the same thing happened! The new consultant vanished just like the first one.
This is clearly a pattern, as some of my friends have gone through the same frustrating experience. VIP Shaadi takes your money and then ghosts you. Do not fall for their lies and false promises. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.Show lessSahiljain23

It has been great experience working with Zain and app works very well. Zain gives me feedback every week and has been helping me to find partner for my son.

I instantly paid their fees after talking to Anish Nair and then he connected me to saud who contacted me on Sunday and then took some notes and send me few profiles which I already visited and didn’t like. So I declined them. They don’t care about details then he is gone for two to three weeks without any email or message and mind it I am playing for this service which is time based. Another thing is they are taking forever to cancel my VIP account. I have reached out to them last week and still there is no action to cancel and refund. I am frustrated and don’t even want to have any engagement with this fraudulent team. It’s a zero start service for me. I have to give 1 star but deserves zero star.Show lessPranav Shil

I had uses this VIP Shaddi service. But, it’s not worth a penny. Please don’t spend your money on this VIP service. They don’t work anything for you. They just send you the weekly proposal sometime and sometimes not. They don’t get you update about the end result of that proposals. By the time you ask you probably forget which one you send to. They don’t care you will find your partner or not. They just care for that you keep renewing their services. It’s better to use free services instead. I had already renewed my service second time but, I did not even get the single proposal. Also, the second time renewed the advisor told me that I will get the refund with in 4 days it’s been almost 20 days no reply or follow up. Even the advisor won’t pick the call. Lastly, their customer service is even worse. I hope this review might help you in your decision making.

VIP Shaadi is waste of money and time. The guys working as advisors just kill the time by sending matches one or two a week that we do not like. Not worth to money we paid. Website may be ok and work yourself for appropriate matches. I’m the victim of these guys. I realized that this is waste and requested to cancel and refund. The advisor saying continuously that refund is in process for last 3 months, now his supervisor says refund is not in their policy. Why advisor saying for past 3 months refund is in process? Advise to others don’t join VIP and waste your money and time.

Seems like a scam. They promise you the world and call you many times. Once your money is with them they don’t provide you the service and then ghost you once you ask for cancellation. Terrible service. Please don’t fall for this scam!adhyashakti
