Waste of time and money, the consultant is least bothered after they sell you the service. They come up with profile suggestions which are totally not the criteria that you are looking for.
The consultant hardly understands the requirements or knows anything about your profile.

0/10 it is a big scam....they will run after you until you buy vip membership and then once u pay you will run after them for anything and everything and don’t be surprised if they doesn’t even respond. Don't bother with this. Basically stealing your money. They don't do anything, do a horrible job selecting and screening people. I have gone to meet someone who wasn't the person in the profile, and they did nothing. Absolute waste of your time and money. Do not subscribe to this and do not pay them. I have never written a review in my 8 years as an iPhone user but this awful experience compelled me. I was sold this “elite” experience under the pretense of plentiful “high caliber/quality prospects.” What I got (for near $600 for 3 months) was a total rip-off SCAM. Essentially, Shaadi assigns you a “relationship consultant” who suggests “matches” (completely random, non-VIP, picked from general population). It is a total racket meant to scam people who are seriously looking and want to ensure they are getting real (& quality) people.Show lessSc105

Service is a scam!
My rating is a 0/10. Be careful before getting the service. Basically it’s a very expensive premium membership. The matches are very few, they don’t really look for what you want. It’s hard to get in contact with consultants. If you are not having a good experience with premium don’t buy this. It cost me 600 dollar for three months. The consultant gives 2 matches per week, they are standard premium and free members who you can see with and contact without getting vip. Also all the inner circle matches don’t even have pictures. The consultants try to sell you on what they think you should want, making you feel like your preferences are too narrow. Don’t let the consultant make you settle!
