Sometimes works sometimes doesn’t
Sometimes the words are clear and I can understand what people are saying. Sometimes it’s garbled and I cannot make out what is being said. I tried another scanner that’s online versus this app and it’s clear to hear the words. This tells me the app has issues.
It is very fake!

The volume on the scanner end needs turned up my volume and the volume on this app is at the max and barely can hear it even holding it to my ear.
Can’t cancel trial
I started a 3 day trial and now that my trial is almost up, I can’t find anywhere on the app where to cancel the trial. I’ve sent an email with of course no response! For some reason, I’m pretty sure that my email will be answered once it’s too late and they already billed me for a membership that I’ve been trying to cancel for a day and a half! Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.

This scanner has been quiet all night, which is impossible! There is always something going on here in my city. I think I might have to cancel my membership. I’m not sure if this is even real time!
Amazing
This app is by far the best one I’ve used it’s on point with what is going on my area couldn’t ask for a great scanner when yours went out
Disappointed
I researched and found that this was supposed to be the “best” police scanner app for iOS. Well not in two (2) experiences with it. For $40 year/$10 month, I expect the app to work consistently. Unfortunately this app did not work well either time. I gave it two (2) stars because when it did work, the quality was great. I hate that I had to cancel my subscription again and it will be for the last time.
